The website states that the ATM is 24 hours but when I went at 6:30AM it was locked. Such a waste of time

Terrible. I was racially profiled for attempting to cash a Chase Check given by my insurance company. Lady told me I’d have to pay $10 out of pocket for the transaction. She stamps the check and suddenly stated there was a system error chase can’t cash this check (even though it’s a chase bank) I left deposited to my actual bank.. no problem it was cashed instantly. This location specifically was racist against a young Latino male.

I have not had a good experience since I been with them and plan to pull out. Every member I have had to deal with it -Very-unprofessional. Spent and 11/2 hours just to receive a check for $.05! One fella was in my face consistently for this deep ridiculous sorrow for having my father died. It was just a stated fact to clarify a situation I was dealing with. It was so ugly. Last time I was at the branch there a girl lied about not able to pay balance on a credit card using a check. Can, but it is a print off from the web sight that ones summits their check with and it is so poorly designed that I am not able to adjust to printing out the whole form!? Another manager at the Sangamore branch was competitive and arrogant when she knew & met my brother whom came in prior to me. Ugly person to deal with.

Cannot call branch, at all. Even though it's a 703 number, it goes to a robot that never gives a single way to just reach the branch or a human. Every option sends you online. Sorry, can't even ask one question = there are lots of other banks...Also, if you get their amazing business rewards cards, only one owner can have the rewards points, the other owner can't even have them transferred to them. So one owner can hoard all the rewards while the other gets mad and sues. Thanks for "helping" our business Chase, then hanging up when I call to get help, then give me three different answers. So the whole point of getting your card was the rewards...which one owner can't use...Man, if they wanted to make us sorry for being their customers, mission accomplished.

BEWARE CHASEI tried to refinance my house with Chase, the refinance would have freed up an additional $3000 per month of my salary, I would still have had over $100K in equity based upon their appraisal and yet Chase lied to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) stating that I had "withdrawn my application". Chase lied to me stating that they would accept an inspectors results and they did not. It could be just Mr. Arturo M. Perla's office in Florida, but corporate did nothing about it. We seem to have a culture of accepting lies and deception as standard business practice. To add to the additional $3000 per month of salary, my girlfriend recently got on Medicare and Social Security, she had been unemployed and I had been covering her medical and incidental expenses. My credit cards, unsecured debt that I was trying to clear included a replaced roof, multiple large trees removed, a sliding glass door and vehicle repairs, 10-15 years of accumulated debt that would have been removed. The question becomes if not money, then why did Chase lie to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), there was no way I was going to "withdraw" my application when I was looking at this opportunity. By this time I would have had at least $12000 extra to address fixing up the place, or hiring a cleaning crew.I DO NOT TRUST LIARS, I DO NOT THINK YOU SHOULD EITHER - it could be just the Florida office who deceived corporate, but corporate supported the lie of my "withdrawing my application" in their response to my BBB complaint and messages on their site. I keep asking why did they lie? It was not about the money, my credit was good, my payment history clean. They set up a catch 22, found a problem, ordered me to get it inspected, implied that the inspection was my idea, failed to accept the inspection results and ordered me to do a vague "something". Then when I did not comply to do something they said I had withdrawn, why didn't they deny in writing? Why the lie. DO YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME AND EFFORT WITH LIARS?I live in Northern Virginia, why did they send my application to Florida?
