In the area for work and was staying at the Hyatt, what a surprise when i googled cigar shop and CigarTown was in the same town center. Great selection! They have everything from the run of the mill cigar to opus. They even have a full dedicated Davidoff humidor! Great prices and added bonus they have a lounge, it is private but they offer day passes for non members. Overall super happy and definitely will be back.

Excellent selection of cigars ranging from common funds to some of the harder to get cigars. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you locate a new cigar to try based upon your likes. They have a lounge in the back which is nice with multiple TVs.

Staff are usually polite and helpful. Store has a wide selection and fair price, but occasionally will not have a common size brand, but that is a rarity.

What a delightful shop! I know nothing about cigars, but I was buying a gift for family and Oday (sp?) was the most charming and helpful salesman. He took the time to present me with options within my budget. I am very happy and I will be back as I love collecting cigar boxes and they had a wonderful selection to choose from! The shop was well organized, well stocked, and in a safe location. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

I went into to the Tysons store on 9-7-24 at 5 pm and was being waited on by young male sales person . Was at counter when impatient customer who parked in reserved spot for another store comes in and throws box of cigars on counter and sales person starts to transact his sale stopping my checkout process. This customer goes back into humidor and salesperson continues with me again but stops my sales a second time when guy comes out with another small.box of Cigars . I had enough at that point said something to both of them about how rude they were and walked out. It’s going to be a cold day in _ _ _ _ before I return!

Had a great experience when I stopped in and selected some cigars, knowledgeable staff, willing to walk you through everything cigar related and explain the details on their memberships listed on their site.I wish I could buy one of their own cigars or a premium cigar and let me smoke it in the lounge but you have to spend $50 that day or give $20 for a day pass. I really want to enjoy this location's lounge but I'm just not comfortable enough with the membership prices, a large portion of that is because I don't smoke often enough to take advantage of it but it would definitely encourage me to spend more money there if I knew their lounge was more accessible.

I have found my new favorite place to order cigars and accessories online. Great selection, great prices and the best customer service for online shopping. I received a defective lighter and when I called the Reston location, Steve answered. He was very professional and resolved the issue completely hassle free. Great customer service! A rare experience when working with online vendors. These guys are a class act.Thanks again Steve. "Cigar Town" will be my first stop for future online purchases.

I came to the Cigar Town with several friends/family members. It was coordinated with Steve and he was very patient and friendly to communicate with figuring out the various packages to spend time in the lounge. When we got there, Thomas answered all of our questions about the various Cigar selections. It's a nice place to socialize and relax with friends. I'll definitely be coming back since my group and myself had a great time.

Cigar Town is a great website and wide selection of cigars! It's prefect for holiday gift sets or special occasions. I ordered online for family and friends and they loved the cigar sets! Thanks Steve for providing excellent service!

Great selection, convenient location! Became a member of the private lounge when I moved back to the DC about three years ago because it’s getting harder and harder to find a place to sit and smoke a cigar. Cigar Town in Reston fits the bill. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a nice array of the best brands. The lounge is definitely a bonus when it’s too hot, rainy, or cold to sit on the deck. Cost me about the same as my former club in Michigan, it’s nice having a locker to keep my sticks and beverages. Other club members are great and we get an occasional “day pass” member traveling through. Can hardly wait for the new store and lounge to open in Franklin Farms.

Walked in here to kill some time. Come to find out this place is a gem. Bought some cigars from the owner who knew a great amount and ended up heading back into the lounge and stayed for an hour or two. This is a place I am happy to give my business too. I will be coming back!

Steve was great to work with super customer oriented. I have been to many cigar store around the nation and DMV. This stands out as one of the best. I have been going for more than 10 yrs. same great service!!
