If I could give them 0/5 I would! Please avoid developing your photos at this CVS!! They will rope you along for almost half a year of trying to get in touch with their manager about the missing photos. They don't bother looking into things for you and you wind up being the one calling the photo developing center and reaching out to the post office. This is with no luck of course because the CVS as the person sending out the film has to be the one to contact them. Save yourself from the frustration of never hearing back and at the end of the day only to receive a lousy $10 voucher just to get you to spend more money here.

Do NOT bring your photos to be developed here! They lost my photos and it turned into a 4 month debacle to try to get any kind of refund for their mistake. The manager is extremely difficult to get in touch with and does not bother to return calls or follow up. They lied to my face and said they had record that the disposable camera arrived to the photo development center when the camera had actually gotten lost on the way. The manager said they'd open up a case with USPS to resolve what happened to our photos but then they never did. Using their photo service is a huge waste of time. Please save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

It's hit-or-miss reviewing chain stores, but I like this location more than other CVSs in the area. Thanks for providing good customer service, and a good selection of products.

Madison from the photo department of this store in Reston Town center went above and beyond to help me get my photo book. My order was not fulfilled when I went there to pick up. She called main Photo department and located my order and gave me a call with my options. I am happy to have my photo book now. Thank you very much Madison !

Pathetic and incompetent. Cannot refill a valid scrip because "their computer won't let them." Have never dealt with such incompetent people before, and certainly won't be again in the future. Save yourself the time and agony dealing with this bunch of idiots. Find another pharmacy.

This specific CVS is my favorite, great stuff, find what you want and the employees a helpfull and always have a positive attitude ! I don't remember the names of all the people who helped me locate an item and checkout, but i can say that a youg lady called Mahsa and a young man called Kabir are great and are big assets to CVS, they are just awesome !

Visited the CVS in Reston Town Center and was hugely disappointed. The store was a mess, shelves were half-empty, and finding assistance was like searching for a needle in a haystack. Please try to avoid this location if possible. Disappointed never thought I would find a cvs in this condition.

I don't pick up my prescriptions here; this review is about the retail part of the store. Ease of in store shopping experience: 4.5 stars: I only have one small observation about the store layout. For the most part I find the store layout to be very orderly and organized. There are two sections far apart in the store for travel sized items I'm not sure why. Ease of check out experience: 4.5 stars: I like how if I have a big transaction and would prefer not to ring up myself in self-check out there's always an attendant around ready to help. All CVS stores are supposed to be like this and it's just a positive remark I would like to leave this specific store. Ease of using coupons at this store: 3 stars: it really depends on who you get at the register. Some are very patient and you can tell they try to work with you. When a coupon that you expect to come off doesn't, some I have experienced are just looking to argue with you about why you are incorrect.

The last time, someone didn't care about my prescription. Immediately, M.S Christina followed the process, called me and asked me to picked my prescription up. Thank you so much for caring about your customer. I also did not see the last guys anymore in the Market St. CVS. I am your customer around 10 years. I did not change my CVS location for your caring. Thank you
