Picking up paxlovin for COVID was slow 30 minutes and frustrating. Waited 5 min for them to confirm prescription, another 15 min for it to be filled, then they said I had to get back in line behind about 10 people before I could pick up. Good thing I'm wearing a mask.

A big shout out to the pharmacy workers at CVS in Target in Reston, VA. They have been my personal fan club and have been cheering me on. The staff is full of information and always offers an ear and solution. Seeing them made me feel good about my entire health journey. Today, I was able to walk to downtown for the first time in many years. This CVS has helped to make me healthier.

Excellent customer service is a dying art but on a number of occasions, the fantastic people working at this pharmacy have come through for me. They went out of their way to efficiently fix issues that have been an absolute challenge in other stores.. I’m thankful for their professionalism, willingness to help and really delivering when needed. Obtaining meds for elderly parents can be so stressful but these folks have it down right. Great job!

This is the worst pharmacy. They are always closed when they’re supposed to be open. The last two times I’ve gone during their open hours they’ve been closed. So incredibly irritating. Go elsewhere or call ahead to see if they’re actually open.

Went for a Flu shot today and was told by the tech I needed a Shingles vaccine as well. I clearly told her three time's I was vaccinated for Chicken Pox and therefore immune to Shingles. She continued to insist. Staff needs to sharpen up on their knowledge.

Marie and Hiba are the two most amazing and professional techs I have had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me quickly, kindly, and mindfully with filling my eye medication. They both would make amazing managers in the near future. You both made my day better. Cheers!

The pharmacy was busy, they probably needed a couple more people working, but the solo technician took the time to be nice to me and found a coupon for my pet’s prescription since I was paying cash. It was the nicest interaction with any pharmacy I’ve had in years.

Very convenient to be inside Target. Lots of parking. I have seen the personnel changes through the years yet most of them are very helpful and knowledgeable. The only difference now that it is CVS is that you can no longer pay things that you get from the regular Target store with your prescription. If you are carrying a shirt, a box of pens or a can of soup, you have to line again at the regular Target cashier.

One star due to the fact the the pharmacist would not put in the insurance info correctly in to there system. I was told it was not the right card when in fact it was the right card she laughed at me and kept saying it's really not the right card after about 10 minutes I told them to call giant in fox mill and they had told the lady at cvs it was the correct card and she kept putting it in wrong after a few more minutes I said just transfer it over to fox mill giant and she did. I whent over to giant and they said they even told her how to put it in and she was not listening to them. THE FACT THAT SHE WAS LAUGHING AT ME I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CVS EVER AFTER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CVS!!!
