The Staff here All are wonderful, they acknowledge you as soon you walk up, the only thing I suggest is this CVS place a roped off section line for when you are waiting in line. There is always confusion as to where the line is & people jumping in front of you because they were not aware you were in line. Other than that this is the best CVS Pharmacy, they always help when it’s needed, they don’t just turn you away they make suggestions etc. Grace is wonderful along with everyone, I just don’t have all names. Keep being You!!!

I had a prescription that included 10 items injection antibiotic for my sinus. My doctor told me that if you don't use them on time, you will find a chronic sinusitis. They offered 3 items without syringe and without water contain after 3 days. They are unorganized.

The pharmacists have been SO helpful and take the time to explain any issues with insurance or the doctor. They even reached out to my doctor when prescriptions run low.

The whole manager and worker at the front end was garbage humans... I'm sorry but I will never step a foot in this place. Paul (manager) let's his employees talk to kids anyway and yell at them and every worker assume everyone is stealing.. if you an issue with kids stealing hire a security officer don't harass customers and be rude. Highly suggest staying away from this place. Waiting to hear back from HR about this situation I really hope Pual you improve on your management skills instead of threatening to trespass customers because they ask you to be a little more kind.

Just wanted to thank Nirmala one of the employees at CVS today. She was an older, Asian woman. She went out of her way to find me a face mask. Looked several places and was really trying to help. She finally found me one. This is rare these days. Usually I don't even bother asking for help in stores because everyone acts like a clueless Zombie. I was in a hurry though so thought i'd ask for help. Thanks Nirmala for actually doing a good job! I'm sure she does the same for others and hope she gets paid well!

Poor customer service breeds here. A few good of the staff are incompetent including "upper management" (Aka: Shift supervisors.) Then again, it's CVS.. You can't have high expectations coming here.

i have used cvs for years, namely the one in plaza america. plaza america cvs tries their best, but they are always SO busy and seem to be understaffed, resulting in long lines, no one answering the phone, and delays getting prescriptions filled on time. i switched to town center cvs a few months ago, and i'm very pleased with the service. helpful and friendly staff, prompt service, and not nearly as much traffic as plaza america (especially important to me during a pandemic.) keep up the great work! if cvs corp reads this, you need more staff at plaza america! your poor employees are ridiculously swamped! no one should have to work like that, and your customers will thank you.

Very average CVS, store managers and staff are good, the store is clean, but nothing special. To me the best thing is the store front, located in a nice area.Be careful also about parking. On weekdays you have to pay for your spot.

$29 BP monitor at CVS web site was $57 at the store. I went CVS store knowing I would pay a bit more, but I just stuck to Amazon Prime One Day for $26. I asked customer service/cashier if they match their own web prices, but just got a shrug; take it or leave it. I just won't bother next time.

Still one of the best! met one of the cashiers who couldnt speak English but a dark lady in glasses came to me and walked me right to what i wanted. Was not so lucky the next time i met one of the managers who knew nothing about what i was looking for.Employ more proactive people who speak English please.
