Although DNS Made Easy provided satisfactory performance over the years, I cannot recommend them due to the significant risk of unreasonably large invoices stemming from their flawed billing model or system faults.Our typical DNS query count remains consistent at approximately 10 million per month, however we recently received an invoice for over 50 million queries in just a few days, resulting in a bill of hundreds of dollars. This anomaly occurred without any discernible increase in legitimate or abusive traffic to our servers, indicating an issue on the service provider's end.Unfortunately, this DNS service lacks protection against such billing abuse, leaving customers vulnerable to unexpected and costly charges unrelated to their actual usage or service needs. Better Cloud DNS alternatives exist, with billing models not based on query count, mitigating the risk of unexpected and exorbitant bills.
