Took in shoes to be repaired and they did a nice job. However, they quoted me one thing when I dropped them off then it was more when I picked them up. And, the first time I went to drop off the shoes, the man working was very friendly and welcomed me as it was my first time there. When I went to pick up my shoes, the man barely spoke English and was not friendly. Based on the nice welcome my first visit, I decided to bring in a dress to be altered. But, when I picked up my shoes there was no one there to pin my dress for me. So, I was excited after my first visit and now after my second visit, I won't go back. Unfortunate.

They will not answer their phones if their lives depended on it. Watched the owner hang up on me while I was standing right next to him calling him. Then lied about hanging up.

First of all, I want to say that the staff is really friendly. But the result is disgusting. These are my pants with different leg lengths. They redid the work twice, but the length of the pants is still different.

They didn't get any stains out of my clothes!!! I gave them a shot and wasn't impressed. Would not recommend-- they also didn't get any stains out of the person in front of me either and they were upset as well. Not coming back here so be prepared to be disappointed if you want something clean. They are very nice ppl and the prices for Reston are really good! However, it is easy to see where they are cutting corners.

I came here to get 2 pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist (altered). They were ready 2 days later, and let me tell you, they fit amazing! The lady who does the alterations did an incredible job and I could not be happier with my 2 pairs of jean shorts. However, it cost $70 to get 2 pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist ($35 per pair). The lady who did the alterations said her base cost for alterations is $30. So, just beware that they will majorly over-charge for any alterations, but they do a good job.

Brought an expensive down comforter to be cleaned and was given a polyester comforter when I went to pick it up. I was given all sorts of reasons why this was mine but I knew perfectly well the brand name and the filling which was not polyester!! I would not take it and I will never go back!!

I've been getting my shirts and slacks dry cleaned here for years, and have always been happy with the results.I've also had 2 alterations done here. The first was a repair for a pair of pants that had busted open. The pants are fixed now, but a bit tighter than how they started, which makes them a bit harder to wear. The second was a pants hemming for a wedding, which the tailor did beautifully and on very short notice. Thank you!!
