I just want to say th we Service was Exceptional, there were two Women.that helped me on 9/6. I didn't have their names but they did great Teamwork and made sure my packages were packed , labeled fragile and found the best price for shipping. Super Grateful for their Service. I was here 601pm. I understand they closed and both doors are locked already. But customers are still at the counter. And another at the copier machine. They would not let me drop off 2 pieces with prepaid label.

Just had an incredible experience at the Reston FedEx location. I had put together a custom frame and prints for a neighbor of mine whose husband had recently passed and the original print I received did not fit into the frame. I came back and asked if they could reprint or if I could return. Alicia went above the call of duty to handle my request in that moment and get it all squared away for me within 10 minutes. It was so very heartwarming to be around people who are good at what they do and also care about personal needs. I know my neighbor is gonna be so blessed by this print and Iâm really grateful that I was able to get it squared away without additional hassles. Very refreshing customer service. Alicia deserves an employee of the month recognition for her kindness, compassion, and efficiency. Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Needed to renew my passport and paid top dollar on their online service. Two reps were young and wouldnât help me, couldnât answer any questions. I needed to add $3 to print the full document and told me the system wouldnât allow it! Couldnât print or get the job done after paying over $300 online for expedited services. For Reston Town Center to have rude service like this is ridiculous! Avoid at all costs!!

Absolute terrible customer service. I donât think Iâve ever been to a place where someone behind a counter visibly rolled their eyes as I spoke. Even threw out a passive aggressive âhave a nice dayâ with a smirk on her face as I left. Itâs frustrating to deal with someone who believes they are right so much that they stop listening to you. Maybe cranky lady should slow down, listen, and be more professional, but clearly, itâs slim pickings these days when it comes to employees. Nevermind anyway, 5 minutes on the phone with someone who actually knows what theyâre doing and it was confirmed that yes, angry FedEx lady was wrong.

The best Fedex store ever! Everyone is soo nice and polite. I always visit this store and the manager makes sure everyone is helped. My favorite employee is Tanvitha. She is effective and recommends the best services every time. I have gotten print jobs done by her as well. Thank you for being kind.

If I could rate this FedEx 0 stars I would. The employees seem nice enough, but I needed to send an international package and they didn't include a portion of the address written down, stating it was an unnecessary piece of information. Lo and behold it was a necessary piece of information and the package was lost in transit. I was assisted by an employee named Trena both times I was in-store, but I will say generally all of the employees there are just playing a guessing game when it comes to your packages being sent. As of a month later, my package has still not been delivered because of this even with several calls to the company. If you talk to any customer service representative on the phone or in person, they will tell you five different things and will have you running around in circles. Not to mention the customer service on the phone is extremely unhelpful and will completely ignore you whilst on the call and will close cases for you even if the issue remains unresolved. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. A useless and incompetent company, don't visit this store or any of their other locations for that matter unless you want to spend a fortune on a package that will never get to its recipient. You're better off using USPS or UPS.

Several times, no one wants to help you with the printer that is somehow complicated. They donât even want to answer your questions, even when you are the only oerson in the whole store! The companyâ s rule is more than 2:50 $ if they print it for you that I think itâs outrageous.I have referred to FedEx at Winston Salem/NC and each time they were extremely cooperative and nice.I wonât go to this store anymore.
