Wow! Today went to FedEx for an important printing project. The store manager and employee were so helpful and easy to work with. They took care of my job while I waited. The price was right too! I can’t thank you enough for making this so easy for me! Also, as a side note - parking is free if you’re there less than 30 minutes.

The staff at this FedEx location are amazing. They are always there to help us whenever we need them. They are also so nice and helpful. I will continue to use this location for sending all my packages.

Great guys! Just be warned the pin will take you to the wrong building look for the 1850 and it’s in the back of that building when you pull into parking.

Please I beg you not to use fedex. Who ever runs this company needs to be sued. They don’t care about their customers at all. Don’t put in half of the effort any other carrier does. Please do yourself a favor and leave these guys alone. UPS or USPS is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better option than this sorry excuse of a company

The Customer Representative at this location, Chris went above and beyond this evening to help me. My message to his management: "Give Chris a raise or bonus!" My message to other customers: "Be good to Chris. Smile when you see him and say thank you."

I don't leave reviews too often, but i wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this particular FedEx store, especially the gentleman with the beard (sorry, i didnt get your name). They have been super helpful and are always friendly and polite, and that guy really got me out of a bind on more than one occasion. Many thanks, please keep up the good work.

Since I moved from OH, I only come to this FedEx even if I have to drive, just to be served by Chris. This guy makes it a different experience. FedEx needs to know they have a very valuable asset in this store. (FYI, for all these reviews about him, I guess he deserves a chunk of raise and a meaningful promotion)

My mom and I stopped by the FedEx store in Reston to mail off personal documents to Scotland. Marjan and Chris were absolutely wonderful in assisting us in finding the best solution for our shipping needs. I had to come back to the store two additional times in the same day because I forgot to mail a second letter with documents and also to get my parking ticket validated. Each time Marjan was very pleasant and helpful in every way making me feel like a VIP customer every time. Marjan is a true gem in this world where customer service representatives sometimes feel the pressure of the world and respond negatively to stressful situations. Marjan did everything she could to directly assist us and requested assistance from the store manager Chris when a little extra help was needed. Again, both Marjan and Chris have wonderful personalities and make a trip to mail packages a great experience and it is why we are repeat customers to the FedEx store location in Reston, VA.

Delivered 150 pound box to my front porch 5 days ago. Wrong person, wrong address. Despite multiple calls and emails, FedEx has not picked up the package. They are inept and unresponsive. I am beyond furious. Please boycott FedEx. Use usps, ups, amazon instead.
