I liked the selection of food but had to take away one star coz the food is not any bigger than it is at other stores, they have just normal, regular sized food.

Love this store, not the pharmacy (nightmare), but lost a star because 99% of the employees act like they would rather be any place there. Poor attitudes anoung most.

I was passing by the area and needed a few items. I stopped by at this Giant. I was so impressed with it. Very well managed, great variety, super clean. The staff is friendly. I wish this store was closer to where I live. I definitely would shop there.

There is no cart return in the parking lot, and no way to exit with your cart except at the far ends of each entrance. Clearly no one with children shops here. Won’t be back, thanks!

Stopped in this morning looking for a specific, somewhat specialty, product, which I really wasn’t expecting Giant to carry - and indeed I didn’t find it. But a manager named Emad, who clearly noticed that I didn’t find what I was looking for, approached me and asked how he could help. He offered to order the product for me, because his aim is to make customers happy. I was favorably impressed with Emad’s (and Giant’s) customer service. Thank you!

Couldn't be more disappointed...out dated produce, virtually empty gluten free shelves, smelly meat section...and only 2 checkouts open with a limit of 20 items in self checkout. Prices seem inflated too. Frustrating

Low rating for the woman working the "customer service" counter. Came in around 7 pm one evening and went to customer service to cash a lotto ticket. After finding no one manning the service desk and standing there for a good 5 mins, the woman working customer service showed up. She went behind the desk and then proceeded to completely ignore me for another solid 5 mins, speaking to a coworker, shuffling stuff around, and generally trying to look busy all while refusing to look at or acknowledge me. She finally turned her attention to me and with an exasperated sigh asked if she could help me. I asked if I could cash this lotto ticket and she said no, it's closed.#1. This entire interaction took all of 20 seconds MAX... I so appreciate her making me stand with my thumb up mya$$ for 10 mins just for that.#2. The lotto isn't "closed" at 7-anywhere. Sometimes stores cut it off at 8PM, 11PM, or midnight... but shutting it down 7 PM is not a thing.She was a real di*Khead and I wish I got her name to put on blast here.

They are more expensive than any grocery store in the area. They keep lowering employee count to cut costs to the point that they never have more than 2 checkout lines open at the busiest times, which might not have been the biggest issue, except they lowered the max total items in the self-checkout to 20, and changed how the self checkout operates to the point that if you haven’t put the item you just scanned in the scale within 1 second of scanning it, the machine locks itself and you can’t scan anything else until an employee comes to unlock it, which only further slows everything down. Their owners have made it very clear that this is because of overwhelming theft via the self-checkout lines (the only lines they keep open), but they are the only grocery store in the area who has implemented such a policy, so the claim is questionable. The staff they do employ are great, but extremely overworked. Avoid if you can for the many other, better stores in the area.

I like the store and the staff. I don't like the outside upselling that seems to be present almost every time I go to the store. Many times it feels as if the outside upselling is now part of the overall business of the store. It doesn't seem as if the people outside are the local teams or organizations, but rather professional selling organizations that give part of the donations to the charity they are hawking. Leaving Giant is often not a pleasant experience.

Giant is near my home but I buy 40%of my groceries because it is more expensive than aldisor Wegman.Again, with walking distance to me .do not like self-serve because their machine talked too much and repeat dive me crazy .see whole food or Wegman wallmart self-serve they are quieter no calmer
