At one point, I accidentally stepped onto a freshly laid shower base (completely my fault), and within 15 minutes Ricardo was on-site fixing it. That level of responsiveness and customer care really stood out.
Ricardo Mazari (Lead Installer) & Fernando (Installer) – Ricardo and Fernando were simply awesome. Ricardo was professional, courteous, communicative, and kept the work area clean at all times. “I went to this location in Ashburn today and had one of the best experinces ever in a Home Depot. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees at the cashier by the door (Omar and Jayne). They were super kind and asked me if I need any help. I asked them few questions about lumbar items and they called a lumbar expert for me immediately to ensure I am helped promptly and properly. The lumbar specialist was super amazing and as friendly and pleasant as Omar and Jayne. His name was Robert! Robert was truely a Lumbar department expert and helped me find the product that best suit my needs. He cut the product for me in a very seamless fashion. I have never had such an experince in a Home Depot before and I couldnt hold myself from leaving this review. The entire staff at this location must be amazing I am sure since the encounter with these three employees was such a high standard. Thank you for being so honest to your work and customers!”

“Rodrigo Saavedra and ProSource of Dulles, are in my (experienced) opinion, the very best in Northern Virginia. After going to 9 (yes nine!) flooring stores in Merrifield, Fairfax, Sterling and Springfield without any success in finding the product I wanted (a lighter colored, smooth hardwood) I asked a neighbor who is a contractor who he uses and he told me about them. Within a few minutes of being there, I found several floor options that I liked and the one that I now have (and love!). The showroom is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly. And Rodrigo is the best! He is kind, helpful, attentive, responsive (always available via text or phone!), knowledgable and explains things well. He is also very intuitive. After I pulled a few products myself, he understood what I liked and wanted and brought me a great piece. If you are looking for the widest selection of flooring at a good price, be sure to go to ProSource of Dulles and ask for Rodrigo.”
