Brad Cukur (Project Manager) – Brad was outstanding—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. At one point, I accidentally stepped onto a freshly laid shower base (completely my fault), and within 15 minutes Ricardo was on-site fixing it. That level of responsiveness and customer care really stood out.
Ricardo Mazari (Lead Installer) & Fernando (Installer) – Ricardo and Fernando were simply awesome. Ricardo was professional, courteous, communicative, and kept the work area clean at all times. “I applaud the store manager Brad for his attention to detail and willingness to help a customer. I was struggling lifting a 4'×8' piece of plywood onto my cart for a few minutes until Brad walked by to offer me a hand. There were others at the register that probably saw me and didn't help (but that's another story). He helped me load the plywood onto the cart and even found me someone who would help me get it cut into my desired size. Unfortunately the cutting machine was down and I couldn't purchase the wood as a result. Brad then offerred to put the wood back. This is the type of customer service that is lacking at most retail stores, even at big chain home improvement stores. I truly appreciate that the store manager would take time out of his day to physically help me. Thank you again Brad!”

“This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them.

I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked.

I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations.

Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.”

“Rodrigo Saavedra and ProSource of Dulles, are in my (experienced) opinion, the very best in Northern Virginia. After going to 9 (yes nine!) flooring stores in Merrifield, Fairfax, Sterling and Springfield without any success in finding the product I wanted (a lighter colored, smooth hardwood) I asked a neighbor who is a contractor who he uses and he told me about them. Within a few minutes of being there, I found several floor options that I liked and the one that I now have (and love!). The showroom is big and comfortable. The staff are friendly. And Rodrigo is the best! He is kind, helpful, attentive, responsive (always available via text or phone!), knowledgable and explains things well. He is also very intuitive. After I pulled a few products myself, he understood what I liked and wanted and brought me a great piece. If you are looking for the widest selection of flooring at a good price, be sure to go to ProSource of Dulles and ask for Rodrigo.”

“My 500 square foot family room carpet installation on 15 July 2024 was outstanding in every way! Christian and Maurice/Morris? were experienced, polished professionals with the old carpet/pad removal and new pad/carpet transition--meticulous clean up, too!
They were courteous, informative, and highly skilled with our many flooring power outlets, heat/A/C registers and step-down CUT-OUTS, and the required seam sealing for this large area remains absolutely invisible!
