The absolute worst company. I try to purchase a rug.. not in stock so I tried to cancel. I called the 800 number.. no answer. Ended up emailing and they said they would address in 48 hours… nope.. AMEX IS GOING AFTER THEM. Fraudulent

Customer service is non- existent! Ordered what I thought was a whole desk, but only got the top! They are impossible to get hold of!
