Absolutely love this bank! As a veteran I also love USAA, but I’ve never spoken to the same person twice at USAA or NFCU. John Marshall Bank was referred to me by a friend and I see why - extremely professional, very kind, highly knowledgeable and I’m starting to know the people by name after just one month! Great community bank. Not sure how Jessica got her accounts frozen, but I’m confident JMB will take the time to help resolve any issues if she asks.

Saw another review about somene's account being frozen here - so sad that happens - no need for that with good community relations. I heard this happened to another friend of mine's company who banked here also. Seems like small businesses are not the priority here - my friend was also a woman owned business so maybe they don't want to support small woman owned businesses anymore since they went public in early 2022.

Banked with them for years and have always had a great experience with them. They are always extremely helpfully and even have top execs willing to make sure our experience has been excellent.

DISCRIMINATION at its fullest. Froze accounts with no explanation and with thousands in the accounts. close my accounts their today. i refuse to be devalued especially when i have multiple accounts with you all. We need more black owned banks and people who truly are for OUR PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

This local bank has excellent service, especially to small businesses. Sidra, at the Tysons corner branch has gone beyond to give the best service considering the recent COVID restrictions. For managers, Sheldon Turner in Reston, has gone the extra mile to help small businesses.
