I've been seeing Rhonda for 13 years at this Jouvence Aveda location. The front desk has always been accommodating and helpful, offering product knowledge, greeting me by asking if I'd like tea or water and taking my coat if I had one with me. And I've had many spa services with Rhonda who has always been wonderful. I've had my hair done twice here (just a style), once with a new stylist, once with an experienced stylist. Wish I remembered their names, but both experiences were great and included the full experience (best hair wash - so relaxing).
9.2.25 update: Still seeing Rhonda! This is the 3rd location, and still can report the service is always impeccable from walking in to checking out. The new location is beautiful and inviting, as well.

I had a DIY HAIR BLEACH EMERGENCY and Samantha rescued me!! She is a talented angel, a problem solver and a great comfort, who even came in on her day off to help me fix my mess. She knows her stuff! Highly recommend!

Kimberly was amazing with my curly hair. So pleasant and friendly , great head massage and fabulous cut.
Also got a pedicure from Rachael. She was sweet, careful with my feet, and so attentive to my needs.
Just was a walk in and they both were delightful along with Mia who helped me the day before.
Great Aveda products in this salon. A lovely place I found while visiting family in the area.

Samantha did an amazing job on my hair and I love her bang technique!! At first I was iffy about the price, but I absolutely love my haircut and it was so worth it!!

Got my nails done here, worst nail job I have ever received. As I was checking out, realized that a few of my nails were not painted on the sides, they apologized and then added another 4 coats of polish. 10 minutes after leaving the salon, a nail lifted by the cuticle because of the layers upon layers of polish. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money at this salon.

It was my first time at this salon and i got nothing bad to say!
Kimberly took care of me and she did an amazing job: first, best head massage ever, then she talked me through the entire process and gave me the best blowout without hurting me (never happened before, i always get my hair pulled); she has the most sweet personality and approach.
The salon itself is very cozy and clean, the staff is super welcoming and the overall price was very reasonable. I’d recommend this place!!

I think I found my favorite stylist! I had a balayage and cut done by Samra—she’s not only an amazing human but also incredibly talented. I felt like I made a genuine friend, and time flew by while working with her. Later that day, she even texted to check in on how I was feeling about my new hair and offered to make any adjustments if needed. It’s so rare to find a stylist who truly understands you and is confident in what she does.

I highly recommend Samra as a stylist at this salon. She updated my color with highlights and she did an excellent job with the blonde color! She is very professional and very kind. I also like that the salon is an Aveda salon.

I can't recommend Rhonda enough! As a long-time customer, I can confidently say she is the best esthetician in the area. Samra did a fantastic job with my hair! She gave me great advice regarding a new hair cut and style and corrected my hair color! She was professional and took her time. I highly recommend her for all your hair styling needs.

Received a cut that was choppy, uneven and way too short, as if the stylist kept cutting to correct her mistakes, but only made things worse. The color was not what I asked for, to light and brassy, and did not cover my roots. This was my second visit. The first visit was fine, but not the second. Will never go back.

Was so happy to find Samra after moving from FL to Reston VA. It’s a little scary trying to find a new hair dresser. She put me at ease right away… and am very happy with her talent! Would highly recommend!!
