I was very impressed with how well you handled the cat. You took the times to make both of us feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Both in the lobby and during the appointment was very clean and a welcoming place.

Had a nice experience here. The doctor was very kind as well as the tech. Expensive though. Annual checkup and 2 vaccines was $451.

I was so impressed with Just Cats Clinic, with Dr. Jaka and with Lilith, the Vet Tech. I don't think any animal of mine has ever had such a thorough examination. Dr. Jaka was professional, warm, knowledgeable and kind. Lilith was just as excellent. Both Sobie, my cat, and I were made to feel very comfortable and I felt sure that she was receiving quality care. I left feeling so relieved that she was in good hands.

We went to Just Cats when our boy had a urinary blockage emergency and our regular vet couldn’t help, and all emergency vets had a 6+ hour wait. We switched all vet services to Just Cats after the experience. We’ve seen Dr. Smith, Dr. Tew, and Dr. Chapman and all are great. All vet techs we’ve seen prior to Just Cats seem dog-centered and also kind of overworked. The techs at Just Cats are also SO much better than we were used to. We won’t go anywhere else now.

Visiting Just Cats Clinic was a great experience. My Cat gets very cranky in a carrier but they were fantastic in calming him down and working with him so he would feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and Doctor Tew did an excellent job explaining what my furry friend needed as far as which preventative care and tests were beneficial due to his age. She even found a broken tooth I didn’t know about. I will be taking my cat here exclusively from here on and would happily recommend them (and have) to my family, friends and even coworkers.

Went to Just Cats at daughter’s recommendation for a sweet rescue cat with stubborn allergies and eye flareups. They were thorough and knowledgeable and are continuing to follow up and communicate quickly. Worth driving from DC to Reston with a complaining cat!

Their new office is now across the parking lot. As always, the technicians and doctors cued in to cat's body language and how to handle them so they are comfortable.
The Just Cats Clinic Team is very respectful and considerate as they inform owners so they can better understand their feline needs and make health decisions for them.
They significantly helped me after we adopted Winston, an older ginger cat who seemed to have behavioral issues. They helped me understand he was adjusting to a new environment after going through much stress in his past environments. They also identified arthritis causing pain and suggested some changes to the environment to help him. Supplements also improved his comfort and behaviour significantly. He quickly turned into a lap cat. They helped us address other health issues as they arose and always kept in mind his comfort. (Winston passed away a few years ago.)
I still bring my girl cat to them. Just Cats Clinic keeps a detailed record and takes into consideration her history. Measures like prescription foods may seem expensive, but I subscribe to prevention being better than a cure.
I immediately recommended them to my roommate when she moved in with her own older cat. My former roommate still comes in from Herndon with their cat for Just Cats Clinic too.

I am new to Just Cats, having switched cat clinics after moving and getting a rescue cat. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the exam rooms, which provided a calming atmosphere. The vets and techs were down-to-earth and took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. I also appreciate that the treatment plan the vet created for my geriatric rescue cat involved diet and lifestyle and not just medicated food and pharmaceuticals. I really appreciated how they work with what already exists instead of changing everything. I highly recommend this practice.

I’m not going to sit here and rant the laundry list of reasons for my 2 star review. Bottom line: the people are stuck up, rude, and they just want you to spend thousands of dollars. If you have the money and attitude then knock yourself out, but we were dissatisfied on 3 different occasions and for that reason we are finding another vet.
