Had such a great experience at the Lululemon in Reston thanks to Denise! She was so kind, friendly, and super helpful—especially helping me find items in my size, which I really appreciated. She made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

The service at this store was horrible . I didn’t receive much help while I was there at all . When I went to go checkout the store manager was extremely unprofessional. An associate forgot to remove sensors from my items . As someone who works in retail this is a part of the basic job description, however I understand mistakes happen . However the reston store is closest to me and it is a far drive . I voiced my complaints to the manager and she said there was “nothing she could do about it “ and wasn’t even offering anything to make up for the inconvenience.

Abby at Reston Town Center Virginia Lululemon is amazing! She is efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had to exchange several items due to sizing, and she was patient and kind throughout the entire transaction. Thank you! Happy Holidays!

There is a short lady that is extremely rude. You ask her a question and she rolls her eyes looks annoyed. And when you tell her you have the military discount she acts like its coming out of her paycheck.

I work in retail myself and was wildly disappointed in the kind of employees in the store, barely said a word, did not say hello, did not ask if they could help, were unkind, and unfriendly especially when she told me they don’t make the leggings I asked about and had seen in store (NOT ON MARKDOWN) the previous week (august 2nd or 3rd) and didn’t try to help me find an alternative and just turned around and ignored me more. I already had a difficult time buying from lulu as I had never had a good experience in the store but after today i will actually never buy lulu again. i’m disgusted by this middle school behavior from adults and you as a business should be disappointed in yourselves for allowing your employees to make customers feel so uncomfortable that they leave crying.

I tried to make an even exchange but they won’t allow it. I’d used new member discount to purchase a full price item. The manager said I would owe the difference in price —essentially what I’d saved with the new member discounts. I called the company for clarifications. I was told the store should have honored the even exchange!!

Love this lululemon location! I did a return in store (usually never remember to do so) and I'm so glad I stopped by! The ladies were kind and helpful and checked in on us to see if we needed help!

Such a cute store. I needed a gift card and I sent my hubby. He got in and out in record time! He was ecstatic. As a bonus he received the reusable shopping tote for future purchases.

My partner recently visited this Lululemon store in Reston to help me return a gift (a Scuba oversized half-zip hoodie) without a gift receipt. It's brand new, never worn, and the tag is till on. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. When he explained the situation, he was asked for the gifter's email address. Understandably, we didn't have that information-after all, who keeps track of their friends' email addresses for gift purposes nor knowing which email they use.
To add to the confusion, he was initially offered a store credit of $89. No explanation was provided for this amount. However, as they were about to proceed, another employee out of nowhere intervened and insisted that only an exchange was possible, contradicting the first employee's statement.
The lack of consistency and clarity in their policies made the situation even more frustrating. As a customer, I expect transparency and fair treatment. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. Please improve your customer service as it's essential for business to listen to their customers and address their concerns promptly.

Nice store, clean, well managed, and polite store associates.However,Expensive, considering their quality ( though seems good), but to me, not worth the price. With half of Lululemon's price, you may find the same quality piece without any problem in other similar stores.If you have extra money and don't care about the price, that is another story.Just as an example, a golf polo shirt: Tag price: 118$ .

I’m from out of town and like to visit lululemon in different cities when I have time and this one was near my hotel cause you can sometimes find things a little bit different. As soon as I walked in I got excellent customer service. They were extremely helpful in every way.

So disappointing. I have purchased so many items from this store, and I try to exchange a pair of socks that were not in the original packaging anymore, and was told I could not. I guess it’s back to Athleta!!!
