Customer’s who want fuel, a beverage or snack shouldn’t have to wait over 10-15 mins to purchase items because a U-Haul customer is in front of them. Consider a self pay, checkout option for others if you can’t hire more staff. You lose sales because your customer service sucks!!!

Nice people running it but get prices are consistently set at unethically high prices compared to every other gas station in NOVA.

Needed a new battery for my VW . Bobby charged $150 for labor to pick up the car and then charged $460 for a $210 Interstate battery . A week later I had the battery on my other car replaced for $410 and they came to our parking lot to replace it. ! Never again Bobby !
