Love this branch. Nice European style feel to it. Very personable. La Malelenie right next door and just ate at Joes. Get your money. Have a meal/drink. One of my favorite places to go for the bank!!

This is the closest bank to my place of residence and work so it’s convenient to be able to come over whenever I need to deposit or withdraw. The staff are welcoming and polite. I’m pleased that they have weekend hours and can’t the service is top notch.

If possible I would not have given them any stars for the mortgage loan process. while Navy Federal Credit Union has been good and easy to use for car loans their mortgage processing is th worst I have ever experienced, I have purchased 3 homes prior. Navy Federal Credit Union provided a closing calculator, representatives and 6 separate closing cost estimate disclosures stated an approximat $3900 in closing costs but when I received the closing disclosure the costs had risen about 43%. the loan took around 1 month to complete and the inflated disclosure was only provided within a week and a half before closing. I understand disclosures are estimates but truly feel like a bait and switch tactic was used. While the primary incrases are in additionAl advance insurance and property taxes in addition to those calculated for escrow. A total 1@ months of home owners insurance and 17 months for property taxes. If 1 of the 6 disclosures provided to me stated the costs close to the costs provided at closing I would not have issue. In short, all devices/tools used to provide an accurate representation of out of pocket expenses to include the NFCU closing calculator, NFCU representatives, and 6 cost estimate disclosures grossly miscalculated costs causing me sticker shock. In addition, compartmentalization caused numerous requests for same or like documents. Stay away from Navy Federal Credit Union for mortgages.

NFCU and their employee hates their clients and treats them as potential threat/criminals. Warning: Do not open an account because it’s a free checking. Every single mobile deposit over $1000 will be considered as too large and flagged as criminal activity. Going back to Bank of America.

Greg was efficient and friendly. He got me squared away with no issues despite all the construction that’s going on.

Love this credit union but subtracting a star since they do not offer currency exchanges. This would be helpful to add to their services though!

I have to give them only 3 stars after I showed up on a Saturday (during Coved19 crisis) and they were closed. I understand the change in hours but there was no sign on the door indicating their new hours. Others showed up and had no idea it was closed. Aside from that, the customer service and tellers are wonderful.
