I don't know how they screen their employees for placement, but staff was so amazingly kind when I came here last month for testing.Sitting for the NCLEX is very stressful, yet a disorganized environment with brutish staff can make it so much worse. This was NOT the case here. Give these people a raise. They know their stuff.

This Pearson VUE venue is one great venue because of its people especially Stan. The staff here (generally speaking) are great because they understand and acknowledge the exam jitters that some candidates can face right before their exam so they are polite, well mannered and very welcoming all the while ensuring that all the procedures processes and security requirements are adhered to.Thankfully the staff here are not rude and do not stress the candidates with their unnecessary bad attitude or creating problems out of nothing which some people in some other exam centres have been known to do.I chose this exam centre after checking out their reviews. And all of the three times that I was here my experience was great.

This is by far the best testing facility in the area! It's really clean and spacious. The lady that checks you in is super nice and made me feel really calm. I have to take my test again and I'm 100% driving the 45 minutes to go to this location.

I was scheduled to take my Comptia Security + on December 6, 2020. I admit I signed in only 20 minutes before the exam but kept waiting and nobody appeared (no proctor showed up at all). I was nervous and livid. I called Pearson Vue and ranted about my experience. They reschedule me for December 12, 2020. On that day, I signed in 45 minutes prior to the exam. The proctor came online 20 minutes after my scheduled time and asked me to remove the cookbook that my monitor was raised on. That I understood. Then, she saw a pop-up of SnagIt and asked me to uninstall SnagIt. I'm nervous test taker and suddenly I find myself uninstalling programs on my machine. The popup kept displaying for some reason. The program was not open though. This lady refused to release the exam. I was close to tears. After 1.5 hours, I was too tired to take the test even though I had switched to my work laptop by this time and she had issues with that. These experiences traumatized me to the point that I put off scheduling the retake of the exam until now (mid-March 2021). I hope to God they weren't fussing with you to this degree of unreasonableness. I sure hope I get a reasonable proctor with a nicer attitude, this time. (Update: I passed at the first real attempt.) I'm sure it was difficult for them too.

I could not have been happier to travel from Baltimore for this MCAT testing site. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Although my computer had a malfunction, the staff solved the issue efficiently and professionally. I already told my friends that it is worth the trip! Thank you for transforming this stressful experience into one that left me with a piece of mind and calmness.

While testing is never a fun experience, this center made it as painless as possible! It was easy to find, there was ample parking, and the building is incredibly clean and quiet. I was promptly checked in when I arrived by a helpful and knowledgeable receptionist, who provided me with various instructions regarding storing my belongings, what I could/could not take with me into the testing room, etc. (side note: I suggest doing some research on this before, I did and it made the process much easier). After a quick wait, I was escorted to the testing area, where a proctor showed me the workstation where I'd be taking the exam. The testing area was great: more than adequate spacing, large workstations with all equipment needed, and (again) CLEAN. The proctor was also very helpful. After three-ish hours - I finished my exam, was notified that I passed, and went on my way to celebrate. While I don't take such tests on a regular basis, if I ever have to take another one, I definitely will schedule it here.

Pearson is on the third floor. Use the bathroom down the hall before you go in. Leave most of your stuff in the car. There's plenty of parking and it's in a safe area. The lockers are about 1 foot cubed (1 foot wide x 1 foot long x 1 foot deep) silence your phone or power it off - nothing worse than a phone repeatedly chiming every few minutes with somebody's messages. The staff were helpful & respectful and even let me start a few minutes early. Both palms scanned repeatedly & glasses checked to make sure they aren't "Google Glasses." Very pro.

I took a licensing exam here today and was very pleased. Directions were easy. Testing center staff were helpful and polite. I liked that it was small/intimate and there's ample parking. It was warm inside so be prepared.

I took a professional certification exam at this location this morning. I had a great experience! I arrived at 7:25 and went inside. Approximately 4 people arrived after me (we all had 8am exam appointments). Check in doesn't take that long, but I recommend getting there early so you don't have to wait. The test setup was the best I've seen- one room with desks facing the wall, with the proctor seated outside a large glass window. I was provided with two different types of headphones, headphone covers, a dry erase sheet, marker, tissues, and earplugs. The room was a bit warm, I would recommend calling the day prior to your exam to ask if it's on the cold/warm side to make sure you dress appropriately as jackets can't be worn inside. Last thing to note: parking is free and plentiful. I will try to schedule all of my future certification exams here!
