I did not have an appt, but on standby, I only had to wait ten minutes. Pariss, the lab technician, was extremely friendly, and when I told her I have a hard time with needles, she talked to me during the draw to get my attention away from what was going on. All lab techs should be as kind as Pariss.

I used to dread coming here because of the previous phlebotomist, but am happy to say that the new phlebotomist Paris is amazing - kind, quick, and professional.

This review is mainly tailored for the phlebotomist Sophia, I told her I was nervous. She was amazing with me. She conversated with me, and put all me anxiety to ease. She distracted me and made me feel very comfortable. She was very quick and efficient, I did not feel much. I was in an out in 10 minutes. The check in process was also very fast. Great location easy to find at the back of the Safeway. Thanks again Sophia and rest of team.

This happened just now.
I walked in at 3:53pm, and the technician there refused to let me self-check in. (7min before walk in’s are supposed to stop and the location closes)
Her name was Sofia, and she said “it takes 60min to allow the blood to coagulate so I could NOT walk in any later than 3pm for blood draws”. And she asked me to leave.
This is a lie. And she knows it.
I usually go to LabCorp, and now I know why.
Never again!
I’m sure she is underpaid and the location is understaffed.
That’s why I was polite to her.
But boy did I want to not be so polite.

I always have a great experience here. So far haven’t met anyone rude. Except for today. Older African American woman who was very rude from the start. I heard her mentioning to someone else that she’s tired. But she was not friendly and very short. Personal issues should be left at home when you’re working. Us customers haven’t done anything to you to deserve your disrespectful attitude.
Been coming here for a long time and this is the first time I had such a terrible encounter.

Ms. Shandale was a very passionate on duty technician who patiently dealt with my requisition issues and took extra mile to do the process. She expertly draw my blood that is usually very difficult to do. Thank you very much Ms. Shandale.

I've used this lab a couple times. I'm not sure if it's this lab or Quest in particular but it takes FOREVER to get results. Will never use them again. The technician was wonderful but waiting 10 days for routine work is nonsense.

I contacted their customer service a week after having my blood drawn, because I couldn't move my arm and had sharp pain since the person drawing the blood was unprofessional and hit my nerve. It is now two weeks and nobody from their customer service has reached out and my pain in my arm is just beginning to get better. Please stay away from this location and don't use Quest, unless you want to take a change and have your nerve pierced. I'm sure there are other labs out there that do better job.

Took my child to this place and it was the worst experience ever. We went a few min early and there was no one else but the female staffing the location refused to acknowledge our presence, let alone greet or start the test early (she actually started after the appt time).Forget about good customer service, the attitude was as if she was doing us a favor, rather than doing her job.Cherry on top was even though we had the order printed, the woman managed to mixed up the tests, apparently too lazy to double check and just pulled up an older order and ran it. A couple of tests were missing when the results came back the next day.Stay away from this place. Deserves -5 stars, if it were possible.

I was definitely skeptical after reading the reviews, but what can you really expect from a lab? I made a same day appointment about 30 minutes prior to my desired time. I checked in on my phone right at my appointment time. I waited about 5 minutes or so. Ms. LaToya was my phlebotomist. She pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable as I only had to be stuck one time (usually it takes a couple of tries and both arms to get a good vein from me, apparently). The facility was clean. I experienced no issues and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy - one more thing I can check off my to-do list.

After years of them billing me for services and paying said bill, they now refuse to bill you and demand that you put a credit card on file with their scam system. They don't actually know how much you owe, and it could be nothing if you're insurance covers the whole bill. They don't care. They just want to collect your sensitive financial information without actually having a need to do so. If you value not being a victim of fraud and identity theft, go somewhere else to get your labwork done.

Staff is very rude and don't have skill. She's intensely make our appointment late and don't accept our confirmed appointment. She's behave like racist. She's make us wait and don't do test even we have proper appointment. Very worst experience ever. We are on time with our appointment and no staff there to help the patients. If I ask her she talk rude.
