Took my child to this place and it was the worst experience ever. We went a few min early and there was no one else but the female staffing the location refused to acknowledge our presence, let alone greet or start the test early (she actually started after the appt time).Forget about good customer service, the attitude was as if she was doing us a favor, rather than doing her job.Cherry on top was even though we had the order printed, the woman managed to mixed up the tests, apparently too lazy to double check and just pulled up an older order and ran it. A couple of tests were missing when the results came back the next day.Stay away from this place. Deserves -5 stars, if it were possible.

I was definitely skeptical after reading the reviews, but what can you really expect from a lab? I made a same day appointment about 30 minutes prior to my desired time. I checked in on my phone right at my appointment time. I waited about 5 minutes or so. Ms. LaToya was my phlebotomist. She pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable as I only had to be stuck one time (usually it takes a couple of tries and both arms to get a good vein from me, apparently). The facility was clean. I experienced no issues and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy - one more thing I can check off my to-do list.

After years of them billing me for services and paying said bill, they now refuse to bill you and demand that you put a credit card on file with their scam system. They don't actually know how much you owe, and it could be nothing if you're insurance covers the whole bill. They don't care. They just want to collect your sensitive financial information without actually having a need to do so. If you value not being a victim of fraud and identity theft, go somewhere else to get your labwork done.

Staff is very rude and don't have skill. She's intensely make our appointment late and don't accept our confirmed appointment. She's behave like racist. She's make us wait and don't do test even we have proper appointment. Very worst experience ever. We are on time with our appointment and no staff there to help the patients. If I ask her she talk rude.

their billing department need to fix their error, I am being charged for procedure which was never ordered ... they would not contact the doctor who sent me over there for several other procedures ... if I could give them 0 I would ... avoid this office, they will try to rip you off

I had an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived at the appointment time, there was no one staffing the clinic although the door was open. The Safeway staff cannot help you in any way and there is no information on how to find anyone at Quest. After calling three different phone numbers, and wasting 30 minutes trying to find anything out, I finally left without getting my test completed, as I imagine the others waiting for their appointments did. Don't waste your time here.

Do not go to this location. Hygiene is cuestionable and missed test. Have to repeat process bc Quest said even if it was their mistake they cannot repeat text without an order. Dont waste your time and risk of contamination.

If I could give negative stars, I 10000000% would! First off when I called the main number, the lady who scheduled my appointment did not indicate the site was in Safeway. The address took me to Safeway, so of course naturally I'm puzzled. I realized quickly the lab must be in the Safeway somewhere. There are no signs indicating that it's even in the Safeway. I finally fine the lab and I'm 15 min late at this point. There are two ladies sitting on the couch in scrub socializing and eating snacks. They essentially tell me they can't see me because I'm so late. I said well I wasn't made aware it was in the Safeway and I couldn't find the lab I'm sorry. She then insinuates that I should have know it was in Safeway because I made the appointment but the person who scheduled my appointment did not make that clear (I was initially calling to schedule for an appt at a different location so all I had was the address). I explained that was wasn't aware and that I had been calling since 3:30 my scheduled appointment time with no answer. She said "she must have been with a patient".... I replied so you were seeing a patient during my scheduled appointment which means I would have had to wait anyways ... yet you still can't take me? --- this lady was rude and unprofessional and straight up LAZY! SFB...

I took my prescription to the Herdon Virginia lab and had my blood drawn for a routine CBC panel on 21 December 2021. One month later I am still waiting for the results. I called the Quest main number several times without any satisfactory answer. QUEST IS THE WORST LAB I HAVE EVER GONE TO FOR LAB WORK!

This place is the worst place to go to. If you are concerned for your well being , find another place. The young woman with a foreign accent who works there has no clue how to input your order and also how to draw the blood. She kept twisting the blood drawing apparatus and spilled my blood. She has no clue how to work the system, i had to help her input all my information. Took 1 hour instead of a 10 min work. She doesn't even change gloves between patients and when walking around the facility, so safety and hygiene isnt top priority on her list. Quest please train your employees better.

The technician was very friendly and patient when my doctor’s office failed to send over the lab work, juggling patients between ensuring my paperwork came through. The actually process took less than five minutes. Very pleased with the experience!

Go there only if you want to waste your time!My appointment was at 08:00 am today. I reached about 10 mins early. I waited until 8:40 am for someone to attend me but saw no one. There were 5 other people like me. Unprofessional, irresponsive. They should keep in mind that there are senior people waiting and also people who have fasted since 12 hours waiting!
