Not very friendly. I will be switching to a different pharmacy.
A couple of snappy responses from the pharmacist the times I was there. I called over half an hour before their lunch to respect their lunch break, only to be put on hold for the entire ~35-40 min, to be told they WON'T answer my question and they would call me back after. Okay, I would understand if I had called right before lunch but... further explanation is needed if extra items and labels are going into patients bags and on medication. It could prevent them from taking their medication when it's needed or required. It shouldn't be a hassle or an inconvenience.

Consistently bad customer service, I have trouble EVERY single time I go to get my prescriptions refilled. I have been at this pharmacy for over a year and after this week's problems I am switching to a new pharmacy. Never had as much trouble filling prescriptions as I have here. Poor customer service, they never answer the phone or they put you on hold for 50+ min. What is going on here???

I’ve called this pharmacy over 20 over the past 2 days with no response. Then today I called right when they opened at 9:10AM to which I’ve been on hold for almost 50 minutes just trying to fill ONE prescription. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and it will be reported to the board of pharmacy. Thanks.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. They never answer. They also don’t order medication until the last minute causing week long gaps before you can pick up anything. Avoid if possible

They never answer the phone and even when voicemail picks up the message states voicemail is not set up??

They never answer the phone and can never tell you when your medication will be available. I haven’t even picked up my first prescription and I will be moving pharmacies.

I mean it's a grocery store. You probably are gonna get exactly what you're expecting. It's cold and the music they play is alright. A staff member was very nice to me and said he liked my hair. I'd probably go again if it was the closest grocery store to me but I wouldn't drive past another one to get here.

Terrible customer service, It is 5:49 I’ve been driving long distances and I get they open at 6 am but I couldn’t make it anywhere else and I pleaded with a employee to please just let me use the restroom and I’ll be on my way but I was rudely denied entrance even after asking a manager

If I could give zero stars I would. They usually take 3 hours + to fill prescriptions, and when I received the text that they are complete, the staff is sitting around talking and then have to fill the prescription. Also, they are extremely rude and combative. Don’t dare ask any questions.

today we went to that pharmacy and they told me yesterday it was gonna be ready today and when i went there today it wasn’t on stock and when i started complaining she told me that this is how America is and keep in mine my family is hispanic and she was asian and i feel bas because my mom was the one that was complaining and saying why isnt it there and when she was speaking with her she said “this is how America is”

This pharmacy lacks care of patient health. When you try to contact them, they will never answer the phone. Their fax machine is apparently broken. If you order medication, don’t expect to pick it up the following day because it doesn’t arrive. They say that they “ordered the medication” when they actually didn’t. We almost missed my fathers procedure because of their lack of responsibility and duty. They play the “victim” role when it’s actually you. Go to a different pharmacy for better patient care and consideration.

Went in one day and they told me they were out of one of my prescriptions, and waiting on confirmation from my doctors for another. The next day, they told me they had no prescriptions on file for me at all. This pharmacy, much like the safeway it is houses in, should be avoided.
