I was at Scout & Molly’s in Reston yesterday and as always I had so much fun shopping.Rhonda is the best sales person, always so welcoming, very helpful in trying to find clothes for anyone, her enthusiasm is amazing :) I got this adorable pants set that I can’t wait wearing, so I include that in my message.I love the European styles clothing !

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars.. here's why. I highly value customer service and I didn't feel welcome here. There appeared to only be one employee in the store, and she was helping someone at the register. I understand that she was busy, but I've worked in retail before. Even if you're helping someone you need to at least acknowledge the person who walked in. There was nothing wrong with the clothes or jewelry they offered- they had some cute finds. But because of the way I felt in there, my experience would best be described as just okay.

The best thing about this boutique is the manager Rhonda! What a super nice lady! I visited from out of town and shopped here twice! Great customer service and made me feel more welcome than any other store in town center that I shopped in! I will definitely be back!

I popped in the other day, was my first time and I will definitely be back! They had a nice selection of super cute clothes and jewelry. I feel bad that I can’t remember the name of the sales associate but she was very upbeat and nice. I’m glad I stopped in!

What a lovely boutique! The layout is very welcoming, wide selection with lots of choices. Came in to browse while waiting for hubby at the Apple store across the street, met Rhonda the store manager (she's was wonderful), and had a great time shopping. Rarely visit Reston, but now we have a reason to return.

Such great service and clothing here in Ashburn VA. Amy (manager) is totally great with friendliness, honesty, selections and exchange services. I inadvertently left my cc and she had it safely tucked away for me. The French accented employee (sorry don't know her name) was "right on" with sizing and coordinating an outfit with multiple pieces. Everything was very well priced and I was able to take advantage of a weekend sale too!

What I love most about Scout & Molly's is they have something for everyone...all ages, sizes, styles, and occasions. There is a wide range of price points and always a sale section. Owners Jane and Betsy and their staff always do their best to make you feel attended to but don't hover. It feels like a throw-back in time to when there was a personal touch when shopping and it didn't feel so cookie-cutter. If you haven't visited yet, I encourage you stop in to see something different than department stores and have a much more interesting experience than online.
