Website reservation, payment and paperwork was painless. Showed up to get the access code and put a lock on the storage unit and the person there was very helpful and efficient. Moving things in, she thoughtfully noticed that we were going to be making several trips back and forth from the truck, and set the automatic door so I wouldn't have to punch in my code every trip. Only been in the unit a few days, but signing up and moving in was seamless.

They raised my rate by $50 almost immediately after I put my stuff in a larger unit and left the area. Not even a courtesy email. Now I have to figure out how to get back there and move everything elsewhere. All these storage places are such a scam and people who work there are shameless scammers. This is on top of the entire bottom level being flooded once and half of my books eaten by mice. They still have the gall to charge 200 a month for that.

The employee who helped us find the right size unit was very friendly and talked us through all the details we needed to know. She made sure we knew how to access the unit and get onto the property. Speaking of property, it is super clean and the air conditioning was perfect on the hot day we were moving. Highly recommend!

As a former renter who had to move out for one month after renting this year, the male manager,,, who is African American (I forgot his name), had my family help me move stuff inside because the car was close to the door. He actually disabled our access code and prevented us from entering until we moved the car (he used the speaker of the front door to tell us), but there was nobody except us, so my mother called the police, and in the end, the manager talked to the police then the police told us that my mom was banned from this storage since this is private, and they have the right. So I had to finish this move with my sister. When I came to the storage many times during the month, I saw other people doing the same thing, parking the car close to the door to move stuff, so I don't know why I was punished that day when we were moving. Then we were moving our stuff back to the car, and a day before the contact ended, he actually disabled my access code and went home with his car. I know it is him because I saw him. Trapped here with a car inside the storage, I didn't finish moving (I couldn't enter inside the building; you need it for DRIVEWAY ENTRY GATES and the door of the building, so each time to open you need the access code) and my storage unit (inside the building) was open, so I had to wait until a person came in when it was night, and I couldn't leave either since my access code was disabled. This is a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this storage , and calling the self-storage organization was never available.NEVER GOING BACK THERE

Absolutely poor management. Set up two different appointments and both times I showed for them they had nobody around and were closed up. Tried to contact them with no response. Don't recommend them at all.

I have rented a unit at this facility since March 2022. In October 2023, I decided to switch to a larger unit on the 1st floor. In mid-February I received a notification explaining that my rent would be increased by $60 a month. While I understand the increase, it was quite a large one to charge all at once. Fast forward to March 29th when I went to my unit to get a few pieces of furniture which required me to empty out the unit. Upon taking a few things out I stopped and wondered if I was seeing what I thought I was seeing...RAT AND MOUSE POOP. I am utterly disgusted as I pull all of my stuff out and continue to find piles and piles ALL over my things (for those that don't know if you see poop that means there is pee there too). Most of my items are in cardboard boxes or plastic storage bins, but my furniture items were left out along with a few other things. I have claw marks on an expensive ottoman (plus pee and poop), they broke a glass vase when romping around my unit and I ended up having to throw away a ton of stuff that wasn't protected (Christmas tree, Christmas garland, family blankets (they ripped through a bag)...I literally stopped and broke down in tears. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member she gave me the impression that this happens all the time and is no big deal to them. When I asked to be given a new unit, she said she could, but they don't prorate for the remaining time I have on my current lease. When I asked to have my rent increase stopped, she of course, said no. She told me to file a claim for the damage. I did speak to the insurance company and they are only able to give me $500 (well $400 minus the $100 deductible) and that won't even cover the damaged furniture. Now I have to sanitize everything, re-pack everything in expensive heavy duty plastic bins and hope that I don't have this issue again. They knew they had a problem and didn't take it seriously, which has now cost me time and money.

One of the best storage locations I've had, the representatives were very friendly and helpful over the phone and helped me select and lock in the specific unit that I was looking for. It's also well maintained and the bathrooms actually look clean. Units are easy to get too I was able to get help from the on site team when one of the locks I purchased had pins break in the unit. Overall would highly recommend.
