Went in the other day at 7:45pm (closes at 8pm) to find the main door locked and the side door opened. As soon as I walked in I was told they close at 8pm. At 7:57pm the same girl came up to me and said “I’d suggest checking out now, as we close right now” well no, you close in 3 minutes. I come to this Sephora often and customer service is 75/25 most of the employees are rude and have no interest in being in a customer friendly job. SO I left and I’m getting my product at Ulta, I hope management does better with hiring friendly employees.

Poor customer service experience! I went there during their sale event and at the checkout counter I was told that I cannot redeem my reward points if I’m using my VIB discount, Whereas over at another Sephora location in Fairfax I was allowed to do so and when I brought this up with the lady at the checkout counter, I was told. “ You’re gonna have to go back there”

I love Sephora in general but this store has very small inventory compared to other ones. I cannot reliably find the products I'm looking for.

Shout out to BLANCA the makeup consultant here. I was in yesterday and wanted specific / kinds of lipstick, light foundation, etc. So far the products she helped me find are spot on. She was fantastic. I’ve lowered the overall store rating to a 4 b/c they didn’t carry (in the store) the Kerastase densifique products or the YSL perfume I was looking for. Again - if you are looking for specific help with makeup Blanca was fantastic.

i've been coming to this location for years. The store is never crazy busy so it's nice to shop in peace and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help find what you're looking for. The only sephora location i like to go to.

Wow haven't been to this store in a few years. Was really quite messy. Tons of missing displays and missing products, several empty shelves, missing empty perfume samples. Staff were super friendly but the place really needs some care and clean up.
