Poor selection and if you pay for gas in the store and put it on a pump there is no way to tell if you are using your pre paid gas or gas from the pump that you then have to go inside and pay again

Needed air the machine is from a 3rd party provider. Needed quarters. Machine dead. Sunoco guy couldn’t care less. Contact the vendor for support do not bother with them. Vendor will supposedly send a reimbursement check. Do not use machine

Went in for an inspection and an oil change. My car passed inspection then was handed over to a mechanic for an oil change. After the oil change the mechanic tells me whether I had issues starting the car. I replied with a negative.
At the end of my work day, I try to start it and nothing, it wont start .
My car was fine going into the oils change and came out defective while passing the safety inspection less than 30 mins before the oil change.
Called them about the issue and the person working the desk tells me that it is totally plausible that my battery is dead because of the new cold front. :)

I just called to get an estimate on work on my car. The gas station women was rude, acted as is I should have know that the gas station is a different business (though they share a small building, work 20' apart), was annoyed to give me the number, would not give me a moment to confirm the number since I was outside, didn't have pen and paper. Hung up on me. Completely rude. Happened at 10:40am, Sept 7, 2024

The customer service is great but their pricing is a tad high compared to their competitors. Also alignments aren’t done at the shop, they send it somewhere to be done which is a bit inconveniencing.

Went in earlier today for inspections/emissions and I was approved in under 15 minutes. They also topped off the air in one of my tires without me requesting. My car is new-ish so I can't assess how lenient they are for vehicles that are 50/50 on passing, but I certainly enjoyed myexperience here. Also has the added benefit of having a Starbucks across the street where you can work/relax while monitoring the line.

Scam Alert! I took my car for an inspection. The inspector failed my vehicle for having clear tail lights in the back. The inspector stated that they are out of compliance. I took my car to the dealership and they said my tail lights were fine and from the factory. My car (Chevy Aveo) has FACTORY clear lights in the back, look it up! So they basically stole my money and tried to scam me. I went back to let them know, but they closed for the day. What a waste of time and money. Do not take your car here to get it inspected, because either you will be failed out of ignorance or they will try to scam you and fail you that way so they can sell you some stuff and make money off you. Perhaps I will report this to the highway patrol so they can have a chat with the sheriff!!

Local repair shop that does inspections and almost all fixes for our cars. They recently did an AC tune up, changed door handles, tires and oil change. Rate is about the same as a dealer but the convenience of having it next door makes it easy for us.
