The ATM at this location took my money. I have submitted over 3 claims which comes out to be a month. Still no nothing!
Run from this location while you still have your funds.

I had a wonderful experience at Truist about a week ago. I set an appointment to open a business checking & apply for a business credit card. Emelia Acquah was amazing! She made my process very smooth & easy. Emelia also informed me of all the options I had with my business checking account. If I need any services to help my business function fast & efficient Truist Bank had an answer for me. Which I have never experienced such a fabulous on boarding process in any other bank. Thank you!

Had one of the worst service experiences last year, October 2022, with an agent of this location, Alyssa Alexander. Her boss was helpful, perhaps her boss should teach Alyssa how to treat people who CHOOSE to bank here. Until then, her boss is falling short as well. I don’t remember the branch manager’s name.
Alyssa is a cold, impatient individual who doesn’t know much of anything about loan refinancing, so you wonder what exactly qualifies her to be sitting in the seat that she sits in. She disrespected me on the phone so badly one day last year in the midst of the loan refinancing process, that I still think about our interaction one year later. She exclaimed to me on the phone aggressively “WELL IF YOU ARE CONFUSED (about the process) YOU SHOULD GO TO DMV”. The cadence which she said this to me was so rude, I was shocked in awe. She never even apologized for providing me with WRONG information in the first place, which is what prompted me to even call her to clarify what she was talking about. It was like I had interrupted her breakfast or something when I called. Alyssa is evil and shouldn’t be customer facing, period.
If the branch manager wants to provide their direct email to contact me, I will gladly take a personal apology from Alyssa one year later. She owes me that. The car is still financed under Truist Bank. Never again. Based off this encounter with Alyssa Alexander alone, my family will never choose Truist Bank for anything ever again!!!

A colored male employee started speaking Spanish to me as he assumed i would speak spanish due to my appearance. Then he continued to walkaway dumbfoundedly when I kept speaking in English. He did not bother to ask if i knew spanish in which i do not; or offer assistance. Personally this is unprofessional, impolite, and targeted as a Hispanic-American. The other workers were kinder when i needed help.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Banker had us wait for over an hour just to come out 10 minutes before closing and say she wasn't going to have time to see us today. Totally get that you're busy helping this other client, but you've been watching us sit here for over an hour and if we get to the point where you know you're not going to be able to help us, tell us that so we don't have to sit here longer! Telling us that it would take an hour to do the thing that we need to do so you can't do it 10 minutes before close just isn't a great customer experience. Never visiting this branch again.

Never again…I had a massive identity compromise occur last week and went to the ashburn location initially to take care of getting a biz account running, at the same time my personal accounts were compromised. Ashburn was mean and short so I ran up 25 mins to the Reston location, spent the entire day spinning up new accounts, getting advice with my new LLC. Everything was great until it just took too long to get new cards, 5 days it took and I still didn’t have any way of processing transactions… They suggested cash, I didn’t know a temp card was possible until talking with customer service being at a point where I need to pay billsAfter five days I finally received my Biz operations but my personal was still in transit. Enough was enough, I couldn’t connect any online banking to one email address as one had gotten compromised. They kept giving me excuse after excuse even though I was able to show them the account was continually being locked. The VP Branch leader was initially so friendly when I opened my Biz account, understanding and warm. I made contact with her yesterday on the phone and explained that I needed access to my money, and she finally also suggested to walk in and get a temp card. When I walked in to close my personal account she completely avoided me, making constant eye contact.I walked into PNC, set up a personal account, Biz, got a card on the spot and spent about 45 mins waiting on Truist to give me my entire personal account in cash. Due to ongoing financial issues cashiers check wasn’t possible. I received downright refusals for cash in that amount and I started not only escalating but forced to raise my voice and also inform incoming customers that I couldn’t get my money out. It felt like an episode of Ozark. You could see the panic on their faces. Finally, they gave me my account in cash, I clearly had cleaned them out receiving 2$ bills.Verified the validity of the 50$/100$ bills and found 3 Bills that were obviously suspect, I’m not going to say they knowingly committed a felony but you could clearly see bills themselves didn’t pass the mirror face test facing flat on the table. They had passed the machine tests. They replaced them and I was able to deposit everything without issue into PNC. I do appreciate Andrew sitting with me/working towards a solution outside of a cashiers check and suffering through the validity process but if I were you, I’d go towards another bank ASAP.This whole experience felt like something out of a movie.

If you know of other options, don’t get your vehicle refinanced at this branch, as they do not understand the process well enough and will miscommunicate (or not communicate) which will cause you to waste your time. The branch manager is personable and helpful if you can reach her, but everyone else is mindlessly going through the motions trying to make it to 5 o’clock…
