the employee that works there is very disrespectful and she needs to be fired. my daughter was in the bathroom with the door locked!!!!!!! and this lady use her key and unlock the door while she is in the bathroom. i am sick of her attitude when i wash my clothes. no communication and no respect!!!!

The short Hispanic lady who works there she has reddish hair is rude and don’t have no consideration for her customers. She does not speak but only to Hispanics and don’t know how to say excuse me. She don’t need to work here if she can’t communicate with others it’s just blatant disrespect!! My second time here!!

People ,read the reviews. I hope this place gets karma . To the owner/manager. I put in money to buy a drink and nothing happens when I selected a drink. Talked to the attendant and said I need to put money in again. Look at your cameras for when I put in the quarters and selected. Put a sign saying OUT OF ORDER so it won't take someone else's money also. Your attendant won't give a refund. Rip off .This will be reported. Do better

Definitely a nice laundromat. Too bad this place got flooded with 1-star reviews.They have brand new machines here and only took about 30 minutes to wash my blankets in a 60 lb machine. The machines themselves run exceptionally well and are super quiet. The dryers are the same case, but I did have to do some temperature adjustments to them to get them to the right dryness. I like how you can pay with just your credit/debit card or with quarters.The pricing is decent. $8 for a 60 lb machine and 50¢ for 8 minutes for a 75 lb dryer. This place was somewhat busy, but not too bad.

This is the absolute worst run business I have ever encountered. The website says they close at 10. There are no hours posted on the doors (first picture). You can show up anytime between 8:45 and 10 and the door will be locked. I came at 9:15 and the door was locked the lady wouldn't even come to the door to tell me what time they close, she just kept saying no (second pic). One time the lady at the front desk was drunk and drinking a beer.

Our dryer broke and I was desperate to get some laundry done. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at Surf N Suds. It was spotless inside, there were plenty of open machines, and payment (with a credit card right at the machine) was so easy! The staff member there was super helpful, as well.

To this day its the worst laundromat I have visited. The lady was cleaning the floor with bleach and my pants were stained as i was wailking to get a cart. How is it posible to be cleaning the floor at 12:00 pm there are elders and kids that could slip. When I started recording there was ta wet floor sign but as I recorded she later than put the sign. The People that work here don't speak english so they comunicate with the costermers

Worst staff ever, they close at 9pm today and the doors were closed at 7pm nothing was put up on schedule change and she said it was because she wanted to go home early… even tho they have people inside and have people waiting outside

Complain why close early at 9pm when the hours say into 11pm that’s mess up people show up late to do laundry all the time I’m one of them so unhappy

Your employees are thief, they stole my bags and closed the door on my face even if time was 30 minutes before closing time shows on your calendar.When I arrived this morning I find my bag is gone, some of my clothes are gone too.I’ll never come back there and I’ll never advise anyone to go there.

There is a group of guys CONSTANTLY hanging out by the door, either outside or inside the store, with beers bottles and staring at girls. They’ve made me feel so uncomfortable with their staring and implicit comments that I stopped going there completely

Only positive things to say. Very clean, machines are in good condition and function well, and the woman at the front desk was very sweet. They also have strong wifi.
