I've never had an issue here - it's a reliable place to go to when my daughter needs something, either clothes or toys. Good selection, and the self-checkout lines are a major bonus.

The store is often busy. Many of the employees can be nice, but often I come across rude ones.
I pay for everything I take. their self checkout registers don't scan well or miscan items.
I often feel like I'm being treated like a thief, or I'm being judged for my purchases by employees. It's a huge turn-off. If this store wasn't right next to my home, I wouldn't even shop here.

they NEVER have stuff in stock ... NEVER. I usually buy stuff using their app, I want the basics like milk, water and eggs ... and they NEVER have the option of the brands I buy ... I end going to the Sterling store so my question is ... why Sterling has the items and they don't? It seems to me that management is not actually managing or tacking track of what is going in the store and not making sure they have what their customers are looking for.

Why is there only ever 4 registers open. Ive come here multiple times of the day and there is always a huge line to checkout. Stop being cheap and open more lanes.

I mean it’s a Target… it has everything except whatever it is you need. Pretty mediocre store, often messy and unorganized. Closest one to me so I go decently often and I never enjoy myself but I don’t hate it either.

I went to the electronic center today looking for a chrome cast. Because I couldn’t find it, I went to the counter (in the electronic center) to ask for help. There was a mother and son checking out and I waited behind them until they finished up about 5 or so minutes later. The two people leave and the guy that checked them out briefly looks at me and immediately took off as I was walking up to the counter. I assumed he had to grab something real quick because he very clearly saw me. But after 5 minutes passed I realized he wasn’t coming back. Instead, I could see him a couple of isles down near the phone cases. He wasn’t assisting anyone or talking to anyone. Two separate associates asked if I needed help while I continued to wait for assistance at the counter (this is also after I pushed the assistance button on the counter) and finally someone else came to help me. He conveniently emerged from the isle as soon as someone was helping me and very clearly began darting to the back employee only space/office while avoiding eye contact with me. The associate that was assisting me stopped him to inquire about the chrome cast since there were none in stock. As I’m standing right beside the employee, this man is again, very intentionally avoiding eye contact with me and is not acknowledging me in any way. I believe he was some sort of manager because his shirt was a lighter color red compared to the red shirts the other employees were wearing. This was not an accident. There is NO way this man did not see me. This was VERY intentional. And needless to say, he can choke.

I was with my 1 year old and I saw carts that were right across from me and asked the target worker if I could have one. The worker said “ you can go get one from over there”. He pointed to the shopping carts that were in the lane two rows away from me. I expected better costumer service than what I experienced today.
