They have 12 self checkouts but they’re always closed. If they are open there’s only a couple. There’s always a line now because they closed the self checkouts. Please bring back self checkout..

The selection here is great. The value is like that of any other Target, so reasonable. Other than that, the store is typically in disarray, e.g., clothes in heaps on the floor near the clearance section, boxes of clothes out near the plus size section and fitting room. The area that it's located typically has issues with panhandlers. One saw me leave the store and as I was buckling my seat belt in my car, they knocked on my window - this startled me, I reversed so quickly out of the spot without finishing the buckling. For some time, police have had to monitor the parking lots for exactly this. The team members are lacking as well. One team member was annoyed when I was searching a rack in the clearance section. Apparently, they and other team members were stocking the section during shopping hours and did not want me in the area - the member rolled their eyes and tersely said "excuse me". I got the message and walked away. Still fairly close to that area, I overheard that team member telling their coworker that was also stocking that section with them that they were sometimes petty with customers. This segued into the teammate detailing to the coworker a time they purposefully "misheard" a customer asking for the location of toothpaste and asking the customer to repeat themselves a number of times. I know retail is hard, but there's no excuse for unwarranted rudeness. It's unbelievable that Target would have such low hanging fruit work for them.

Going Downhill!It’s bad enough that you have to make your way past all the panhandlers hanging outside the store, or directly approach you when loading up your car with groceries, or putting gas in your car in the adjacent gas-station. Now, the Target store itself is getting worse. Frequently multiple Target shelves are still empty. Staff are hard to come by. Today all the self-checkouts are all closed, again. Worse yet, only two people working the checkout, of which one suddenly turns everyone away inline so she can go on her break! Seems mismanaged. Disappointing.

Exceptional customer service and support!Omar, who handled my returns, left a lasting positive impression from a previous encounter in the summer. His consistently upbeat demeanor, quick service, and professionalism made my experience truly enjoyable. Encountering him again reinforced my positive perception. Not only did he make my returns hassle-free, but his approach also led to additional purchases, a definite win for Target.

I'm not sure what is going on at this Target, but since Covid it has be going downhill. Case and point, tonight I ordered online for pickup and two of the items were marked as "Not Available". I got to the store and pick it up but first go looking to see if there are alternatives to these items. Right there on the shelf. So now I have to go stand in line, which is long because there are only 2 cashiers and 1 self-service open. Why? You have 3 self-services areas but only 1 is open? And this happens A LOT. I'm trying to avoid shopping at Amazon but for better or worse they almost always get my order right.
