I have been with this bank for over 15 years and they say they are America's most convenient bank it is simply , not true, between myself , Rachel, Faith and Savion had had such a hard time with customer service with this bank . Changing banks

Went to this branch today to try to do a time sensitive wire transfer to purchase a home. The name on my account is different than my given name. TD bank opened my account using the same IDs that I showed today to do the wire transfer. After providing global entry card, Social Security card credit cards and numerous other pieces of ID I was told the transaction could not be completed. I have never experienced an issue like this ever before. Now my husband has to leave work and travel to another branch to get our money. I’ve been banking with TD Bank for over 15 years. Today will be the last day we will bag with them. I will be closing all four of my accounts. Sorry TD but I would give you zero stars today if I could.

Worst bank in the world. I have a problem with my business checking account and nobody was willing to help.today I waited for the manager for about half an hour, she was not available .assistant manager was very unprofessional and rude unwilling to help or listen. They want our business but not intrested in helping with any issues.

Fantastic service today. I came in with my wife and two young kids as we needed to change some account info. The banker was very kind/sweet and took care of everything promptly. As we were new to TD, she also gave us a welcome bag with coloring books for the kids and a mix of other useful items. I can't speak for the other varied comments but our experience was excellent.
