“Every cigar i have bought here has been amazing. I have never bought a dried cigar from here. All cigar boxes are color coded that makes it easy to choose a cigar when you are new to smoking cigars. All cigars are kept at perfect humidity. The only negative is that i live in Maryland, but i visit this store every time i am in that area.”

They happily exchanged it for the correct product. “Great vape store. They have a great staff and great rewards program. I believe the owner is at the store often as well. The staff is very helpful and nice to chat with. They ran out of the e-liquid I use (candy king watermelon wedges and wild berry by air factory) but have enough variety of other products that keeps me coming back. “I have lived at Dolley Madison for over 20 years and love this market. Its small, but for its size, they have a good variety of items. One thing I would like to see them do is yank out the Blue Bunny Ice Cream, errr Blue Bunny Frozen Dairy desert freezer and sell REAL ice cream, and not the frozen dairy desert garbage. I have a recommendation, a brand that is local to the east coast, been around for years and really needs more places in NoVa to carry the brand.HERSHEYS ICE CREAM.Its REAL Ice cream, they have great ice cream, and ice cream novelties. They have a great variety of products and with the limited amount of places that sell it, if you were to sell it and word got out, it will sell, it will be a successful switch. Look at Vienna Drug Store. They are ALWAYS. selling out of MANY of the most popular varieties. I know because I usually buy them out of some of their products on a regular basis. Please support an ice cream company that still believes in ICE CREAM and not one of the many "Frozen Dairy Desert" Companies. But great store, friendly people, good prices and they pack a lot in such a small space.”

We discussed hot pot and his wanting to try it, ended up getting one of the small hooks kits and some extra tobacco.Tried it out as soon as we got home and it was the easiest I've ever had getting my hooka started. Mint flavor took me back to Dubai. Peach was good too. Will definitely be going back.”

“I came in for Thanksgiving wine shopping and had the most excellent service. I was trying to decide on wines to buy and Chris, one of the staff members, came over and offered to help. He was amazing in listening to what I needed and the price point that I was comfortable with and then efficiently guided me around the store, offering options that would pair with our food. Chris also suggested wines that would work with the store coupons, which was wonderfully helpful as well. All of the wines that Chris selected were a huge hit and they were also varietals that I would not have selected. It was such a treat to try new wines! I am so grateful for Total Wine and More - this location has been consistently providing incredible customer service for years now and I can't wait to stock up for the holidays!”
