Special shout out to the branch manager and is coworker Juan for having zero understanding of the term customer service. I showed up to today after visiting for a third time and after calling and verifying they were open and available. Only for the branch manager to completely ignore me and send his coworker to to inform me that he had an appointment in 45 minutes so he would not be able to see me. Again, I had already called and said I was on my way. He then proceeded to lie and say he called me but when I said where is the message he claimed he didn’t leave one. Worst experience I have had in a long time. Do yourself a favor avoid this bank

Fine for ATM transactions, and they can do slightly more complicated things than an ATM if you go inside. But they don't have any "bankers" here anymore, so they don't offer a lot of services. Mostly just a glorified ATM.

IF "Azra Raza" is a manager, she is not qualify for her position.she didn't help with any of my problems...for me its loolks like she is joking at me....am so sad for such poor custemer service...

Useless bankers, especially Asha, such a waste of our time. How on earth don't you read the document first, instead you waste our time with your incompetence? We got the same notorize service at a different location without problem, same day. As a long time customer of Wells Fargo, I am ashamed with this location.

Upon receiving a "red carpet" invitation to adjust and address unsatisfactory account services, I went to my recommended local branch here at Hunters Woods Plaza. I met with both the branch manager and their so-called business specialist as a 21 year client of Wells Fargo. Unless you are there to initiate or open new accounts to "grease their pockets" you will not be heard. They ignored the printed out mea culpa, disclosure statement I provided from Wells Fargo and gratuitously dismissed me. I pretty much knew I was being screwed as they are quite adept at this practice of misleading, placating, and historically corruptive dealings with their loyal customers. They obviously continue to line their pockets with our hard-earned Wall Street enhancing contributions. I am ready to cut the cord.

Worst experience ever! ive been a member since 2004 and have never encountered a more understaffed and uneducated location. I attempted to cash a check and received a whole bunch of run around and one moments and i need to check one more thing excuses.....when in reality they just didn't know what they were doing. I am VERY disappointed!

I don't bank with them but everyone I would go in to cash a check they always have a sincere smile on their faces and very pleasant to talk to which I like a lot! Maybe I'll switch!

The most disappointing financial institution I've dealt with. I went there to apply for home refinancing, The Home Mortgage Consultant (Kaiser Haider) they assigned me to; is so incompetent, makes one wonder how he got a job working there. This consultant assured me the process takes between 45 to 60 days, well, it's over 90 days now and no word from the bank or the consultant. When i called the consultant to inquired about my application, not only he hung up on me but also refused to even talk to me about what's going on with my application. It's time to close my account. My experience with this branch has been horrible. They really DON'T care about customers at all. All they care about is this unnecessary method of asking everyone that walk in to open an account. They make you feel, they are the one doing you a favor for banking with them. What a waste of time. Avoid this branch or NEVER let Home Mortgage Consultant (Kaiser Haider) help you with any Mortgage dealings. He is that BAD. Learn from me as a customer for over 15 years who is about to close his account. Am very dissatisfy with Wells Fargo and this very branch. Again; What a waste of my Time. By the way, went to SUNTRUST BANK at Southlakes, Reston, they got it done in 42 Days. Now, that is a GOOD Banking experience. Thank you Suntrust Bank.
