Took me three minutes to exchange a TV box. Very professional. Tried twice to get a box shipped to me to avoid a 50 min. trip. .no luck! Talked with two guys from India..both promised a box to be shipped to me in a week. Forget calling Xfinity and go to your nearest store for service.

I walked in to the Xfinity Store today and was greeted with big smiles by the two gentlemen working. Justin helped me with everything that I needed. He was a delight to talk to.
