My partner got stuck on the side of 522 around midnight trying to get home, they were so sweet and quick to answer the phone and get him and his car home safe and sound. Very friendly and great people. Give them a call whenever youre in a pinch, day or night.

I had to get our truck towed to the dealership and called Heels & Wheels. I was blown away by the level of customer service! Holly was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely use them! Holly and Jesse were great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Prompt and professional service. They moved a completely unresponsive AWD car with no damage and no sliding or jerking up the ramp. They were both kind and courteous.

Holly was a life saver when my wheel flew off my car in the middle of nowhere a few days ago. She rushed over and and saved me from a precarious spot off 522 and even gave me a ride to where my husband was gonna meet us.

Heels and Wheels saved me the other day! The wheel came off of my wood chipper while hauling it back from Richmond. Holly quickly responded to my request for a tow, stored my equipment safely in their lot over night and then dropped it off at the repair shop the following day during business hours. 10/10 recommend Heels and Wheels for all your towing needs.

Heels & Wheels went out of their way to take care of me. I was stranded on a Sunday evening, and had no success dealing with my motorcycle plan for a tow. So, I googled local wrecker services and found Heels & Wheels. Holly answered, and after we exchanged information they were on the way. They properly secured my bike on the rollback and hauled it to their lot for secure storage until I could arrange service.
I highly recommend their services!

Thank you Holly for everything! First off Holly is so nice and has a very sweet spirit! I called Heels and wheels Holly was on point she responded very quickly and communicated and kept me posted. After she dropped my car off at the shop she had to tow it to she took pics to let me know my car have been dropped off I really appreciate that! Thank you Holly and Jesse, you guys saved the day!We locked ourselves out of our truck. I called Heels and Wheels and they showed up 10 minutes later and had the doors unlocked in seconds.
