I'm receiving my packages opened and a few days ago they opened the Amazon package and took the products and throw them in to the mailbox, two products are missing.

I rented a po box almost 6 months ago. I've been trying for 6 weeks to renew it. USPS says it's locked and no one can rent it. This is Dec 30 and still no word. I wanted to renew before the rates increased. Heather is out for a few days and Melanie can't find anything out about it. When queried if I can rent another po box for a year, Melanie didn't know. I'm frustrated and upset this hasn't been figured out by now.

The Postal Workers at The Rhoadesville Post Office are all awesome, very professional yet locally friendly. There have been times that I am waiting for a particular piece of mail to come in. They have searched (kept an eye out ) for it, and has even stopped me while taking a walk, to hand me my mail.
