Very rude, compulsive liars that will not protect your account. This bank handed over an entire Estate to a Felon. They stole my parents home by giving the Felon nearly half a million dollars from my father's account. True Story.

Excellent customer service inside the bank, and this is the first bank I’ve used in many years that I’ve had no issues with. They don’t constantly charge fees out of nowhere and the app is easy to use.

Walked in to a very well kept branch. All employees were friendly and professional. I visited this branch to open an account and had other financial questions as well. All questions were answered by a very knowledgeable employee. I set up several accounts during my visit and felt pretty good about them all. Very polite and respectful individuals here. Easy to understand and answered all my questions quickly and accurately.

Slowest processing time ever! They'll take your money immediately but when you make a deposit or get a deposit from work or from another institute they drag their feet! Takes them 3 or 4 days to deposit money. While you're waiting for the money to hit your account they'll let a payment over draw the account and charge 36 dollars when the money should have already been in there.

Alex Burns with Collinsville, VA Truist is amazing! Took her time helping me get an issue with my account straightened out. She was patient, kind, and has superb customer service skills. Definitely recommend this branch!

I am filing a report on two workers the manager is so disrespectful if she does not respect anyone their who is a customer her attitude and being rude needs to stop by the time I’m done she will not have a job and lying to a customer as a teller is wrong and trying to get a customer to commit fraud really i how the teller lets her manager know how she tried to trick a young girl into doing something illegal that bank needs shut down and have new management and new tellers because the amount of disrespect I will make sure if it’s the last thing I do that they get fired for their misconduct and behavior

This one lady if she does not get fired I’m filing a lawsuit against her she closed an account that I had there with over $5,000 in it and all my payments are now behind refusing to give me the money and now I’m worrying about losing my home and everything there will be a lawsuit coming towards her I hope she loses her job for being so neglect

I have never had any problems with a bank as much as I have with bbt. The online banking they use are always behind on when things are posted. If you try to keep up with your balance through online it will account for many overdraft fees do to the online saying it was taken out when it really wasn't. I recieved no help in resolving my issue with this branch so I will change to another bank.
