“This is the absolutely best pharmacy in Giles County and beyond. The staff are so friendly, and when using the drive-through window, the employees do their due diligence to get you your medicine and send you on your way as quickly as possible. All of you at Giles Pharmacy should be very proud of yourselves for the tremendous job you do and know that what you do is appreciated, so thank you very much and my dog said thank you for the biscuit”
“In reading other reviews I have to disagree. I have never seen any goofing off. They are always friendly and helpful. The techs are smart and have always figured out any issues I ran into. Its seems to be a lot of new staff. I don't know the new pharmacist except for one that is not new, Dave is very knowledgeable and friendly will come to the consult window when you have a question. The newer ones pretend your not there, but they are always very busy. Everyone is short staffed and I can only imagine how exhausted they are but still choose to come to work and take care of all of us.”
“Walgreens is a good pharmacy. I have no complaints, except for ppl who use the drive thru for problems/questions that should've been dealt with inside at the counter.”

“After spending all morning at another pharmacy fighting to get my medicine, Smith’s Super Aid pulled through for me. I only had to call them once and then they handled getting my prescription transferred. The customer service was beyond amazing. Best pharmacy by far in the area. My family and I will only be using Smith’s from now on! Thank you guys for AMAZING service.”
