Over the years I had the loan with them, there were a couple of times some problems arose, but the staff consistently always tried to take care of me and when management had to be involved, they always made sure commitments were kept and never inconvenienced me. Good customer service and in the end they always take care of the customer.”

“I moved from upstate New York to Richlands Virginia and transferred my money to the Wells Fargo Bank in Richlands. I am on Medicare and I usually get my check approximately 5 days before the due date which is great. I was eligible for both a debit and credit card both of which I use. I have had a great experience with this bank and those I have dealt with are professionals. Recently at 2:30 AM my phone alarm went off and woke me up. Someone tried to charge on my Wells Fargo credit card and Wells Fargo immediately contacted me via text to tell me the charge was not approved. I called the fraud unit at 2:35AM, spoke to the fraud unit representative who told me they will cancel my current credit card and issue a new one with 10 days which I have since received. I am very comfortable with this bank detecting fraudulent activities and at my age it’s comforting.”
