We shopped for a new sofa for a few months. They were very friendly and helpful. The sofa we purchased is Lane Leather and was very reasonably priced. It was still in the shipping package, and we did find a small tear in the side, but was probably there from the factory. I would recommend Boxdrop for your furniture needs.

I have sent several people to Box Drop for a new mattress because of their reputation and products. Today, Natascha and I were the customers. I recently had a long hospital stay and was told to get a zero gravity bed when I got out. This afternoon I called and asked about an appointment. When Todd called back he and Darlene not only came to meet us at 5 on a Saturday when closed but they made sure our bed was delivered today. We can never thank them enough. if you need a bed make sure you try them first. It won't be disappointed.

I'm leaving this review on Google due to the fact that this seller deleted and muted me on their Facebook page after leaving my experience on one of their Facebook advertisements. This isn't acceptable customer service nor is this the way a business should operate and I think my experience should be shared with the public...I came to your store in Richland’s and to be honest your prices are way too high. You get people in the door by listing photos of nice mattresses (that are advertised as “clearing out inventory” or “clearance discounted”) and saying they start at $100 for a queen size and $200 for a king but in reality the Sapphire mattresses are extremely expensive such as a king size for $1100 without box spring and the $200 king size you advertise on marketplace is an extremely thin and cheap looking mattress…. not the sapphires mattresses you show in many of your advertisement photos which is very misleading!This to me is “Bait and Switch” where you advertise super cheap prices with the photos of the more expensive product but once the customer comes in you hit them with $1100 for the mattress they see in the photo on Facebook. There was a family walk in before me and they were also looking at mattresses but once they were told the prices they left immediately, now I know why they were only in there about 5 minutes. I suggest that anyone in the area seeing these ad’s on Facebook and marketplace that you go and patron where the photos/descriptions of what you are seeing online are clearly listed instead of wasting your time on a bait and switch operation.

We purchased a sectional and king size mattress back in June and we love both! The staff was friendly and very accommodating when it came to delivery date/time. We would recommend this store to anyone who has furniture or mattress needs. :)

Went today and bought a living room set, queen mattress and 2 twin mattresses for under $2000. The staff was so amazing and helpful and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND boxdrop if your looking for beautiful furniture at a very decent price that fits your budget.
