I do not care for the format of how the prices are displayed on the shelves - this extra bucks and half price of 2nd item is confusing to me. Elderly I may be but far from doolally. Without help from the staff at checkout I would rarely be able to work out what I had to pay. No refection on our store just a sales method I personally dislike. Prefer simplicity.

CVS Pharmacy on Clinch Street Richlands, VA 24641 provides exceptional customer service and demonstrates care and concern for their patients. Alice Elswick the Head Pharmacist always no matter how busy tries to greet each of her patients as they check out at the counter with a pharmacy associate. Alice will go above and beyond to assist her customers and she really does make being a CVS customer a great experience. Also the Manager of the store front is wonderful always greeting as you come through the front of her store. She’s always attentive to any needs her customers may have at the front with a store front product or OTC product. I truely can say that I never thought making a trip to the pharmacy especially since they do not have a drive thru would be such a good experience over all but I’m saying it. Place is honestly a joke, went to pick up my kids medicine and waited in the line for 20 minutes to get to the cashier at pickup, she told me that they would expedite the filling of my order, I waited another 10 to 15 minutes just for them to ask me again what I was waiting on and that they hadn't started working on my order yet. Finally received my order after the woman sitting in the cubicle in the center told the younger guy to finish mixing the medicine that I needed, then when I got home to give my daughter her medicine I found out they only mixed one of the two bottles and I have one whole bottle of medication powder pre mix. Honestly I understand slip ups and bad days but a pharmacy should know better than to give out medication that hasn't even been prepared. You would have an easier time just going the extra 10 minutes to the walmart and getting your medicine there.

So sick of them closing early when the app on line says they are open ! What a waste of my gas,my time. This has happen to me lots of times! C V S get people in there that will stay until it’s time close the doors!!

Don't goto Richlands CVS for a COVID vaccine they will just leave you sitting there waiting with people walking by breathing on you and never bring out the vaccine...waited for over an hour with absolutely no word from them at all after.I signed in...

Richlands va. Store closed at 8pm. Online and phone line says hours 9 to 9 on Friday and it is closed at 8. Wasted trip. .orok o
