Grant's IGA Supermarket is a family-owned and operated independent chain of grocery stores with 16 locations throughout southern West Virginia and southwest Virginia. Established in 1949, the supermarket offers a variety of products and services to its customers. Customers generally find the staff to be super nice and helpful, and the store to be well-stocked and clean. While the prices may not always be the cheapest, they are also not the most expensive. The store is known for its great weekly meat sales, but the produce quality and prices have been a point of concern for some customers. Some customers have reported issues with the produce, such as expensive and poor-quality watermelons and blueberries. However, the store is praised for carrying hard-to-find items like yellow cornmeal. Despite the occasional produce-related complaints, the overall shopping experience at Grant's IGA Supermarket is generally positive, with friendly staff and a well-stocked store.
Grants is located in a good location, as you'd expect a supermarket to be, it's pretty big in size. Huge selection of items and groceries. Fresh foods, good meats, and good deals, different sales on different days of the week. It's more expensive then I'd hope for, but then again, what isn't anymore?
