“I called this afternoon to change my phone number and ask if the driver carries packaging tape and her response was no I don’t think so. So, this ray of sunshine named Kayla said just tell the driver and I’ll make sure everything is fine. Who does that? Through this covid19 I have had such crappie customer service, I just wanted to recognize this very good experience I had today. Awe, if all representatives were more like her we’d all have a better day! Thanks Kayla Robin Hicks”
