Today I purchased an ezpass from this location. When I got home and opened the pkg it was not the one for hov. The person that sold me the pass never said there are 2 kinds which do you want. I returned about an hour later for an exchange. Only to be told they can't take it back and would have to spend another 35.00. Absolutely ridiculous... please train your staff that customer service is more than a smile. But, providing correct information so that the consumer can make an informed decision.

So upset with my experience with AAA. I requested roadside assistance / battery check last Thursday at my residence, as my battery died at work and had to get it jumped to make it home. I wanted to see if I needed to replace the battery as a whole or if there was something else causing it to keep dying out on me. The guy who came out, Jordan, stated my battery was fine and I’d have 2-3 more years with it. He also said it tested perfectly, and I probably left a light on at work (not true). Well today my car died again so I took it to my Hyundai service team, and THEY said it was not a good battery at all, and AAA is known for their faulty tests. He said that you all should’ve replaced it last week when I initially called. I paid $286 out of pocket which could have been avoided if y’all told me the correct diagnosis last week!! Not cool!!! I will not be renewing my membership.

Excellent customer service! I was a walk in and they managed to get my car taken care of right away. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to some of the other shops around. I will get my service done here moving forward.

Overall, it is a clean and uncluttered locale. Possibly a bit understaffed. The staff that is there are very nice and helpful.

Visited here with Alan Sisson to discuss purchasing auto insurance. Mr. Sisson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated the time he spent with us, and are pleased with the choices we made.
This is a new facility, very well kept, and the staff is friendly.

This is an update edit on my original review. After the first visit, we were less than pleased, communicated with the shop, and got the most AMAZING response! They invited us back the next day to look at the car again, especially in the light of our specific concerns. The technician walked my kid through every test and result. Discussed our concern, looked at that issue, did find some problems (but almost assuredly NOT the cause of the primary issue), cleaned the throttle body by hand, and gave us specific answers on what to look for moving forward. The car is running very well, and this AAA shop has earned our repeat business.

We went to get our international Driver's licenses for an upcoming trip. It's a well run location, with lots of travel info and a lot of travel gear. Even picked up a nice Samsonite suitcase at a great price!
