Horrible!!! Sends late notices to you two weeks after they take your money. Asked for proof of insurance when we purchased a vehicle, had to go there 3 times with copies because somehow they kept losing them. What a joke!!

Has always been a awesome credit union to do any type of business with never have had any type of negative business with and have been dealing with this Bank for over 30 years always been an awesome bank for me personally no problems at all.

Awful experience beware car loan. Paid a vehicle off early but they kept drafting $600 payments after the vehicle was paid in full. Then ask you come 1 hour away to get money and close account.

Got hung up on, they make it next to impossible to pay your bill, it denied me access to MY account. Good rates though.

Argent is one star as a company so it is not the locations fault. The company has to do weeks of research to provide answers for simple questions that other credit union & bank tellers can answer immediately.Heads up worked in banking for almost a decade & Argent as a whole is showing signs of insolvency. Yeah FDIC insurance is cool but what’s cooler is not losing your money to begin with.When I paid off my mortgage they claim that I didn’t pay a $50 title fee…why wasn’t it included in my payoff? The result a lifetime ban…in retrospect they did me a favor. Only liked this location because of JoAnn the manager, who can typically overcome the stupidity of the credit union while towing the company line however the company as a whole is so poorly ran even her great skills can only go so far.

Avoid at all cost. This branch is awesome however Argent as a credit union is inept & can’t perform basic tasks without major delays because of antiquated systems.

Slow service. Can't find account even with driver's license and social security number. Drive thru workers are never nice, seem like they all just want to go home no matter what time of day. Also, main mortgage lady is terribly rude. Do not recommend this bank for their customers service.

Have had several vehicle loans with them,which I paid off early, but the last time they only wanted to offer a 9% signature loan, not a vehicle loan at 1.99%. My credit score is excellent. The loan they wouldn't refinance was a 7 year loan elsewhere. I just wanted the convenience of having it at my credit union. I paid it off in 3 -1/2 years.

My vehicle was financed by the dealership through Argent. I would not recommend doing business with them. The way the loan officers speak to you is highly disrespectful. Beyond poor customer service. They literally call you for an issue about your account and tell you they don't like your tone!!

If someone robbed the place the robber would still be the most honest person in the place. Absolutely just a joke of a place. Pulled my business and personal accounts and when to Virginia Credit Union.

Staff is not on the same page and some bad advice given really hurt my credit score. Fees are assessed with some very creative math that favors the credit union. I joined a credit union with the hope that I could get better terms but Wells Fargo offers much better terms. Plus, my mailbox is full of junk mail from Argent trying to sell me everything from insurance to car loans.

My son has a car loan with Argent Credit Union. He had an accident at work and has not been able to work since April. He is fighting to get Worker's Compensation and still haven't fully recovered. He has many months of therapy and seeing his team of doctors. I am battling breast cancer and trying to help him the best way I can. I contacted Argent by phone and letters letting them know what was going on. I was making payments on his truck as well. I thought they were working with us and without a phone call, letter, etc. they repossess the truck!!! We had to give everything we had to get it back. I could not pay for my treatments, pay his rent, etc. Everything went to getting the truck back!! I went to the bank on Oxbridge with the payment to get the truck back, I tried to see Will Mallory. (I still do not know what his title is!!!) and Ms. Owens. The teller told me that I was not allowed to talk to them. I could not believe neither one of them would talk to me!! I am following up this review with a letter to their Corporate Office telling them about my experience. I hate that we still have payments with Argent and have to continue to work with them!! I am hoping I can get out of this loan!! I will never ever deal with Argent again and I will tell everyone about my very bad experience with them!!! I did not want to give them 1 star but I had to in order to post this review!! Very bad customer service and a horrendous experience!!
