Sahana and Brian are definitely above and beyond employees they should definitely be recognized for their well mannered and great customer service. I went in as a upset frustrated customer and I left happy and satisfied with the treatment and service that I received. You did not buy find employees that do the right thing even when no one’s looking and I so appreciate this especially since I was the last customer of the evening not only that but bringing a dinosaur phone to use temporarily and they were able to help me get it up and running as a temporary fix. Thanks for having these great employees ❤️

I’m over this store the reason I send my husband in there to pay it’s because it’s easier for us. The hate is real at this store I used run this store and when I say they make my husbands time there difficult I mean it. So now they don’t have change to give back the customer what are they doing it’s 10:47 I use to go to the bank every morning before opening you need to do better att im so over it

Bryan was awesome! He helped my daughter and I with purchase of two tablets. He's very knowledgeable and friendly!! We laughed and joked and he was patient while I had to take an important call and that I greatly appreciated! The young lady also working there was also super nice and friendly and even showed us the tablet she uses and explained everything! Thank you for being amazing! Highly recommend this location!!

Bryan was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and helped resolved the problems we were having with our phones. He was very willing to answer all questions. It's rare to experience this level of customer service.

The staff at this location, in my experience, is always willing to do that extra step to solve any problem. Last year it was a different crew who helped me, but today, Evan has met and passed my expectations. After being advised at another location to call the online service, and talking on the phone with an associate, I decided to go to again this store, even there are other stores closer to my home. Evan spent over one hour to solve my technical issue, with great patience and perseverance, always with a smile on is face. Thank you very much!

Devin was a great help with making sure that the issue on my account was addressed swiftly and correctly in less than a 15-20 minute visit. My service was back up and running and I was satisfied with his phenomenal customer service. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone else in the near future.
