Told them I’d only buy the windshield wipers if they could install them for me, since I have my toddlers with me. They agreed, I paid and then 10-15mins later, they send an employee out to tell me they couldn’t put them on for me and just gave them to me. Long story short, I put them on myself smh unprofessional

I’m so thankful for this store and Tarzan (employee). My battery died late afternoon on Christmas Eve at Publix. Jumper cables would not get it started. I walked through the parking lot to Auto Zone. Tarzan carted his tools and a new battery through the parking lot. I was on my way before long.

I have a commercial account and this store has the worse custumer service. No respect even that you spend thousands of dollars a year. Very poor customer service. Management dont ever care, i even try to contact Bryan Herrera my commercial contact with no luck.

Went in for a marine deep cycle battery for my trolling motor and was met with top notch customer service, I’ve been going to this location sporadicly over the years and the two gentleman I met today had set a new standard for helping the customer. Kicking myself for not getting the younger fit gentleman with dreads name, but he literally would not let me spend money I didn’t need to and made sure I got the job done right for the best price, ensuring the problem I came in with wouldn’t happen again as well, rather then going for the extra buck then and there, which he could’ve done, and has definitely earned a repeating customer for that. Another taller gentleman, John I believe, informed me about turning my dead battery in, saved me $20, and threw in a warranty when I made an account with them. Genuinely the best experience I’ve had in parts shop and I thank these 2 gentleman for their efforts.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here to get some antifreeze since my car is hanging on by a thread. I saw that it was SUPPOSED to be open and the doors were locked. The lady in there just looked at me and didn't say anything so I sat there in the freezing weather trying to at least get a response but nothing!!!

So I drove to AutoZone because online it said they had this adhesive velcro that I needed this particular AutoZone so I drove here I couldn't quite find it so I asked the young man he said isle 6 and he pointed in that direction I went over there and spent a good bit of time over there looking and I didn't see it but I kept looking and then I went up front and I asked the silver haired lady what isle the roles of adhesive velcro were on because I told her I didn't see it but I told her I said what it says online that you have it here she said we must not sell it. Frustrated knowing that it says they sell it at this particular location and I drove all the way here to get it I come back out into my car and it lets me try to buy online pick up in store I get all the way to the checkout so I walked back in and I asked her I said why is it allowing me to get all the way to check out and proceed with my check out if you don't sell it in here and that's when she said ask me what the part number was so I showed her on my phone exactly that it shows this is what they have and then she walks over and gets it and says you want one or two why couldn't you have done that in the first place when I'm telling you it's tells you that you sell it here why would you just dismiss a sale. They had no other customers in the store at the time either.Pure laziness
