Not impressed when I arrived today (5/18 @ 9:15am) to see the only employee outside smoking. He went inside as I pulled near to park. As I walked in, there was a strong smell of marijuana that continues even into the store. Not a good way to welcome customers. I didn’t buy anything and will purchase elsewhere.

Sometime throughout my day my check engine light came on. I drove to the 11523 Midlothian turnpike location. I entered the establishment and asked if I could get the check engine light read. The associate was very dry and nonchalant. His response was “I can give you the machine”. I told him that I didn’t know what I was doing. He then responded “well I don’t go into people cars”. If this is the type of customer that is allowed within this establishment… YOU ALL SUCK!!

They didn't help me change one of my lights that was bad, other people did help them but maybe because I was Hispanic they didn't do it with me, terrible service, bad experience, I don't think I'll go back to the same place again.

looked online for a part they had in stock and went inside looking for it employee showed me where they were located and I didn't see any there so I left and made sure online if it was in stock and went back asking if they could help look for it with part number the employee said we had it in stock and I replied saying I couldn't see it or find and the employee didn't bother too look for it nor help and replied in a careless manner saying "if it's not there idk what to say" so I left. ?♂️

I would like to thanks David and Austin in helping me choose the right headlight for my 2015 Ford Escape. It was dark that night when I got off from work and David Help me to put the bulb in my Escape.
