How do I begin. 1st we saw them at the state fair they gave us a coupon for 10 % off set up a time to come out, so the sales person came out one evening and looked at our shower and began measurements and started giving prices when we said that was to high he threw in some more discounts, but the catch was you had to put a deposit down before he left or deal wad off. I was still unsure of wanting to do it but he said deposit was refundable and would call in a few days so I put down the deposit. Well a few days never came and I was getting calls to do install I told the lady I hadn't been able to return to work due to disability and didn't feel I wanted work done. She said she would put it on hold for a few months to see if I was able to return to work. She called back in a few months to schedule work again I explained it all over again I said I like to cancel it. She put it on hold once again and said salesperson would call me well he did a few weeks later I explained I wanted to cancel he said it would have to be put back on hold for a period of time before he could cancel it. So I get a call from lady a few weeks later trying to schedule install again I explained it another time then I was told salesperson doesn't work there anymore. So she said that she would contact his supervisor he called back I explained it another time he said he didn't know if I could get my full deposit back, he called back a few days later only to offer 250 dollars back said parts had been ordered and he couldn't use them on another job. So I got screwed out of money he didn't offer me the parts he couldn't use either. SO BE CAREFUL DON'T LET THEM GET YOU!!
IT'S sad a big company took advantage of a disabled person!

The guys did great work. They were very neat and did a beautiful job on the new shower. We are having our other bath done soon and would like to have the same team do the work.

We are a couple in our 80s in good health but safety conscious. Our experience went better than expected from beginning to end. Polite honest knowledgeable employees we interacted with were the best!! Installers Michael and Michael were knowledgeable fast and polite. They made the whole experience so much better than we anticipated. Thank you! We will enjoy our new safer shower and highly recommend you.

Excellent job. Mechanic was neat and organized. Very pleasant personality. Cleaned up as he progressed. And left the job spotless. Showed up on time. Went the extra mile maybe further. Can’t say how pleased we are with the finished product. Beyond happy and satisfied. We made the right choice. Actually everybody we dealt with was great.

Paid for everything up front, install was done, installed mismatched hardware. Their only response was they have different suppliers for different pieces. I would expect it all to match. Especially since the threw away perfectly matching existing shower rod for one that does not match. I was told they would see what they could do and get back to me… Still waiting. Quality is not as expected for the incredibly high price.

I had a great experience with the sales man Blake (definitely recommend), but customer service was bad by the phone agents. After I signed a contract for a 7000 dollar tub overlay, back at the beginning of November. They said in the contract the very latest they would install the tub by was January 15th. However they now told me the soonest they can do it is the 29th and wouldn’t offer any sort of discount even though they didn’t uphold their end of the contract. They then told me they could put me first in line on the waitlist for if someone cancels their installation. So that I could be next up to get that time slot. I agreed. Weeks later, When I’m not expecting a call from them this morning they called me to tell me they had an open slot. I didn’t have my phone on me, but called them back less than 2 hours later to try and accept the time slot. And the woman on the phone RACHEL was super rude and said she had to make sure she had time to go on lunch so she couldn’t “WAIT ALL DAY” for me to call back and she gave the slot to someone else. Even though I was first on the list and it hadn’t even been 2 hours. And during my initial meeting with the sales man, when he called a neighbor to have them give a personal review of how their experience was when they got their tub done, the neighbor had told the sales man that the installers busted a whole in their wall they never fixed and that since the first day the water leaked from the bottom of the faucet and shower head at the same time. So at this point after the bad service I received so far and the review the neighbor gave over the phone, I can only imagine what the installation is going to be like IF they actually decide to deliver it. While I hope they still deliver a quality product, I would NOT recommend them. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND WITH THEM THEY TALK ABOUT HOW ONE COMPANY IS IN CHARGE OF MAKING THE PRODUCT, INSTALLING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GOING TO BE A GOOD THING UNTIL I REALIZED HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. If I could have remade the decision again I would NOT HAVE made the decision to go with them. For how much money I am spending I expected a lot better than this.
So I wanted to add to this review after it’s been a couple months. The installation, once it happened, went smooth, the installer was nice and diligent with his work, the tub looks great, the water pressure is still good. It’s been 4 months that I have had the tub and I love it. While the experience before I got the tub with customer service was bad, I would recommend them for a good quality product, just maybe not the best customer service. After I wrote the review above, 2 people from the company called to hear my story, but they didn’t actually do anything about the bad service. I bumped my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because while the customer service is bad, I love the product. I would actually probably still use them in the future, I just wouldn’t expect to be working with the friendliest phone reps.
3 year update: photo with luffa is from 3 years after the purchase. It is still holding together perfectly and is so easy to clean. Do not regret my purchase.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was much better than we had expected. They were very professional, from the initial phone call, through installation. Each appointment began on time and the installation was great. We highly recommend them!
