Their mechanic Jake dropped what he was doing and promptly hooked my injured bike up with a fresh upgrade on the spot. I was back on the trail mad fast and my trip was saved. “my new rva go-to. I arrived just before closing time with a front wheel that had died of old age. I offered to come back and pick it up, but the tech said "no prob, I can do it now" and 5 min later I was out the door with new tube, tire and rim tape. I told him I just had it in for a tuneup and he shook his head. "we take our time going over bikes that are brought in for service and quote out everything that needs work. customers don't always sign off on everything, but at least they don't have a surprise a few weeks or months later." Bring your bike here - I will from now on.”

They even offered to honor a coupon that I forgot to bring with me (I was able to bring it in later, but they didn't demand it). “Honestly one of the best customer service experience I have had in a long time . I don't know much about bike but Michael help me adjust my bike seat and check my tires and brakes for me . I went to the bike shop down the street and I was treated so poorly that I left and bike down to coqui Cyclery. I highly recommend to go here if you want you want a new bike or need knowledge about your bike , coming from someone that knows nothing about bikes . This business is definitely not out to get your money they are here to serve the community and I am super grateful for my experience here .”
